Tutto, staff e camera pulita e colazione e luogo. Non capisco le recensioni negative. Non ho riscontrato nulla di quanto lamentato! Continuate cosi!

Non co sono oscuranti alle finestre ma non è un problema dell’albergo perché in Polonia gli oscuranti non si usano come in Italia… Ma è un piccolissimo dettaglio!

I booked a room without mountain view, plus a small one (7m2). Instead I got an upgrade for a big room with view of Tatry mountain range. All for free :) Thank you

Czystość, stołówka, winda.

Daleko od wszystkiego, małe łóżka pojedyncze, słabej jakości materace i pościel. Zamykanie na klucz pokoi w przypadku wynajmu dla mniejszej liczby osób, przez przypadek razem z czajnikiem i pilotem do telewizora. Pan z obsługi dojechał i załatwił sprawę ale trzeba było o to poprosić.

Personel nie kompetentny wmawiał mi że nie opłaciłam śniadania i nie mogłam skorzystać z niego w pierwszym dniu, w drugim z potwierdzeniem zapłaty że jednak mam opłacone Pani i tak nie chciała w to uwierzyć bo nie ma tego zapisanego przez szefa, Kiedy poprosiłam o telefon żeby to sprawdzić bo widzę na potwierdzeniu opłaty w mailu że śniadanie mam, było to o ile istotne bo do sklepów z obiektu było daleko. Pani zadzwoniła i zmieniła zdanie że jednak opłaciłam śniadania, do końca jednak nie była zadowolona że miałam rację, zwrotu za śniadanie nie dostałam.

JACUZZI

WiFi is too slow. Sometimes it was impossible to connect.

welcome staff, clean, quite place, amazing mountain view, 30 min of free jacuzzi made our hard day.

Very nice and clean rooms. enough room for everything. View from balcony fabulous. All property is nice clean, well located.

The breakfast was extraordinary, the hotel is nice and well kept, with beautiful views on the mountains.

The beds were really soft and uncomfortable. No English information, only some staff spoke some English, it was rather diffucult. We had a late check in, which I communcated ahead twice, but apparently they did not understand it and it was super diffult to get in the hotel in the night. Good intensions but needs a lot of improvement.

Although the house is not in the center, it has a lot of character. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very polite.

Pillows are too soft and it would be nice to have more kitchen utensils in the room, for example. Like lid-openers, spoons and forks..

The view is stunning and the hotel very nice and clean!

It was 4km from the main bus stand. Most of the visiting places are near the bus stand.

The room was very clean, location is close to Zakopane, bus runs to downtown frequently, breakfast is traditional Polish, rich and delicious

We were there at winter time, while heating was really limited.. Jacuzzi and sauna works based on only preliminary reservation in 30 min timeslots..

Beautiful location in a quite area, stunning view from an every room. Supportive and friendly stuff. Breakfasts are literally the best ones I ever had. Nice sauna and jacuzzi.

There is almost nothing to do in the neighborhood - just a few cafes and small groceries (Zabka for sure :) ). You have to order for a taxi to go to city center as bus schedule seems to be irrelevant. If you decide to go by feet it will take you 1h approx both to mountains and down town.

Our stay in hotel was very nice, cosy, clean rooms with mountain view, very nice and helpful staff. We definitely recommend this place and we will come back.

The breakfast had many choices, but some food was simply from the store located 700 meters from the hotel, e.g. some salads are sold there in the packages. The view is pretty good, and the location is rather secluded, it's good if you want to enjoy the nature.

The location is OK, but the hotel doesn't have any dinner options available. There are a few places near, but they were closed in the evening, so we had to get some fast food from the chain store. So if you don't feel like driving in the evening, it's not ideal. We had a bad time at the spa. To visit the free jacuzzi, you need to sign up for the free spot, and we were lucky enough to have a spot available. The visit itself was 30 minutes, and when we arrived, another couple was still in the jacuzzi, so in general, they took 10 minutes out of our 30 minutes. Another thing is we asked for sleepers and towers to use in the jacuzzi, and we've been told to get them in the spa area. The spa area didn't have anything at all, meaning empty shelves. And we had to go to the jacuzzi room in the winter boots, and use our towels from the room.
