The location is amazing, stayed here many times and really is the only reason I stay again.

For the first time, they started asking for a 300 euro holding deposit. I don't have an issue with this, but the apartment has many problems which have always been there. There were cockroaches, the shower leaks badly, sink is loosely fixed to the wall, bathroom extractor does not work, there is damp in the wall between bathroom and lounge because of the shower, this causes the sofa to be damp all the time. This was moved to a different wall this time, but then you cannot watch the tv from there. If they fixed the issues that I have brought to their attention many times, then asked for the holding deposit I wouldn't mind, but this seems to be a way to blame occupants for problems that already exist. I left a list of all the problems with reception, but very much doubt I will stay here again, which is sad as the location is amazing.

Céntrico pero no ruidoso, esta un paso de todo pero sin el problema del ruido

Deberían de poner un teléfono de contacto a disposición del cliente para llamar en caso de duda antes de llegar por q es tan céntrico q necesitas muchas indicaciones. Por todo lo demás perfecto.
