Location
we checked in and we ended up needing to leave due to the pool being unusable infested with tadpoles and beetles. We also found two cockroaches in the bathroom and a dead beetle in the bathroom mirror. The fans in the room when turned to full speed didn't have proper circulation especially for there being no air conditioning in the room. when we turned the fans on dust fell on to the beds. Not to mention, the white towels in the bathroom had brown stains on them. we requested a refund from the property and we expect a refund. we also have pictures to document the condition of the place

The staff was excellent! The location was an adventure to find, but once there everything was great. We enjoyed some of the best pizza ever!

Location location location. just a few minutes drive from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Food was great and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating.

The property was better than expected based on the pictures. The pool area was also better than expected and service was great - thanks Oliver and the team!
The towels were very very old. This is the reason behind our low score in facilities. The shower had also seen better days.

Patricia who welcomed me was very kind and helpful, I liked her, and we had a great talk, thank you for that ! Everything was simple, I arrived and they gave me the keys right away. It’s a family business and you can feel it, they are treating their customers just like it ! It was one of the best place I’ve stayed here in the Dominican Republic. Not close to everything, but very quiet and that was just what I needed ! The hotel and restaurant have a wonderful view on the Rincon beach where sunrises are just amazing. I recommend it 100%
