Lo único es que no encontré en la cocina un poco de aceite, que normalmente en este tipo de lugares se encuentra para alguna preparación de desayuno

Pues quería reservar otra vez y me pedían mucho y he contratado en un hotel cerca del aeropuerto vamos en la carretera hasta Madrid ya que llevo coche propio y tiene parking gratuito y no tengo que dejarlo en la calle y buscar sitio cada noche que llegaba pero aún así si me hubieran respetado el precio hubiera vuelto, de todas maneras gracias pero esta última vez me subieron mucho a ver si en otra ocasión veo un precio algo mejor como antes.

No me gustó nada que se escuche absolutamente todo , cuando digo todo es todo,parece que tienes a los otros huéspedes literalmente en tu habitación.
Tampoco me gustó nada que el día que tenía que marcharme llamaron a la puerta a las 10:29hs para decirme que empezaban con el servicio de limpieza , me quedé alucinada porque pasé una noche súper mala por los ruidos y por la almohada que era súper dura para mis cervicales y encima intentan que deje la habitación a las 10:29 hs

Very difficult to find. Nowhere to park I had to park several streets away. The website said there was parking but this turned out to be one space which had to be booked in advance.
No answer at the door, I had to ring to get a key code. Polycotton sheets! Coffee machine not working.

The breakfast and air-conditioning were very good. Though I would suggest buying your own food if you plan on longer stays so you have some diversity and can eat whatever you want.
The tap water has a lot of chlorine, which is common over here. If you don't want to spend lots more on buying store water, then you can just fill up some bottles and leave them open for a while to air out so the chlorine evaporates. That will get rid of most of the taste.
The bed was very hard, which some people might prefer, but it was not for me.

Cleanliness, well-appointed bathroom, the situation in a quiet area but within walking distance to the historical centre.
Unlimited free parking on the street is possible with some patience if you arrive in the afternoon.
Lighting (horrible ceiling lamp and only one bedside lamp, none on the table).
We had to wait quite some time before one brought the keys (only one set for two guests) although we arrived exactly at the appointed time (5 PM).
Mattress a bit hard for a tired back.
You have to open your suitcase on the floor (and not much space for it).
Breakfast on a tray delivered the day before is practical, but the industrial bread and croissants are poor.

We had a problem checking in. Reception was closed and the phone for customer service which is posted on the wall did not answer our telephone calls. We had to wait for an hour on the street with our luggage before someone showed up.

The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean.
I paid in advance for breakfast for my entire stay, and I only received breakfast one out of six days. There was never any managerial staff around to speak to. It was extremely difficult to take a shower because the holder for the shower head was broken. The only window in the room was closed off with metal shutters, so the room received no natural light. The only light, other than a night light, was a dreary overhead ceiling light.

This is a great stopover - walkable to everything; good parking and spotlessly clean. Good WiFi, good breakfast, good air conditioner- definitely recommend

Our second stay here and we would return. We got a free park right outside. Very clean and welcoming room. Good value for money.
Breakfast not as good as our last stay. Ham and cheese have disappeared. Still, a nice start to the day.

Good location and we found easy parking on a street nearby. The host welcomed us on time and the room was clean.
Wifi didn't work at all the day we arrived but it did work on the day we left. Breakfast is served on a tray and you make your own in the kitchen because of Covid. This is fine, but some of the other guests had not left things very clean and there was no tea towel to dry dishes they had not cleaned properly.
