Amazing property; 3.5 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half. Pool across the driveway conveniently located. Full kitchen and amenities. Stay was comfortable and about 1/2 mile to the beach, easy to go and come if we needed to.

I booked this place for a last minute weekend away before school and it worked out perfect . The beach is super close like a 2 minute drive and everyone enjoyed the crystal clear pool every night we were there. Couldn't have asked for more at the last minute .

The management was extremely responsive when we reported a less than clean AC intake screen and filter. It was addressed immediately before my asthmatic grandson arrived. There were plenty of beds and extra sheets available; comfy couches, TVs in every room, a nearby pool, and a large garage for extras. We were able to take advantage of 1 guest parking space for 1 night (2 in garage) but remainder in the street with no overhead lights; might be a consideration for some. About a 2 block walk to beach, but a drive is required to transport a canopy, chairs, coolers, etc. for an all day stay.

Property was very clean. There are plenty of kitchen appliances, but not much in the way of mixing bowls, strainers, etc. We brought everything with us, so we had what we needed. Plenty of seating in the dining, living and bar area. We had enough room.AC was cold. We had a clogged shower drain that was unclogged the next day. This could be avoided with preventative maintenance.We all had to bring extra bath, hand and face towels as there was only one per person. There is a washer and dryer with one free detergent/softener, but who wants to do laundry just to have a bath towel while on vacation.Great proximity to the beach. We rented a golf cart that fit in the garage. Plenty of parking on the street for friends and family to visit.Community pool was clean, but there was no shade. We used it every day after the beach. It was great.I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely stay there again next year!

This spacious set up slept my family perfectly and the amenities were favorable. I’ve stayed at quite a few places here on the island but this one was definitely my favorite as it was homey and cozy. The only downside was the patio wasn’t clean at check in.

Clean, walking distance to beach, and bigger than expected. (9 people-5 adults & 4 children (16-10) AC worked well!
Kitchenware was available and a Keurig was there as well.
Unable to use futón due to it being broken, Properly manager did try to remedy situation quickly. We were able to switch up sleeping arrangements, so all was good.
Garage fit minivan and mid-size SUV, and having the patio was a nice place to hang up wet clothes and use the water spout to rinse off sand on shoes and feet.
We all enjoyed our stay…even extended it an extra day!

This was a sweet place to stay. Close to the ocean. Plenty of beds. Plenty of space to hang and play games. The outdoor area is quite nice. Unfortunately we were there during cold weather. The washer and dryer is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The condo turned out to be larger than it appeared online & comfortably accommodated the 9 in our family group. The bed in the smaller guest bedroom sags quite a bit in the middle & wasn't the most comfy, but everyone else said they slept well in theirs. We were a little surprised at the quantity of paper towels, toilet tissue, garbage bags, etc. that was provided, just enough to get you started, since most of the vacation rentals we stay with nowadays provide enough for the duration of your stay. A grill on the back patio would have been an added bonus, but I suppose that may be against fire code. Gaining access to the rental was easy & being able to park in the garage came in handy. The home was nice, well-kept, & decorated in a cute beachy theme. All in all we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of rooms and big comfortable beds. It was close the the beach. Didnt have a BBQ pit which we were looking forward to hanging out in the nice covered patio eating but still had a great time.

Upon arrival we found two dirty washcloths (with small black hairs) in the upstairs shower. White paint on stairwell was sticky and dirty. Everyone said their mattress was uncomfortable. My husband and I slept in the king upstairs and found it lacked support and VERY used. Townhouse was cute. Plenty of space. Neighbors across did party until late. No worries tho.

Good Location
This property has easy access to the beaches, either walking or driving. It met the needs of our family just fine. Our only issues were that we couldn’t find any bedding for the Futon bed in the master, there were dead bugs in the bedroom and kitchen, and I had to call and request the check-in info a few minutes before check-in time. As a bonus, we had a family of cats that lived just outside the downstairs bedroom.

We truly enjoyed our Beach Haven condo. It was clean and very welcoming with fun and beachy decor. Furniture and furnishings were practical but with style and comfort in mind. Only negative we observed was the couch cushions were lumpy to sit upon. What a surprise that on day 3 of our stay a new sofa and loveseat with built in recliners were delivered to replace the old ones. Okay now the place was better than good. Our initial disappointment that we were tucked away in the back of the complex became very much a blessing. The unusual windy conditions durning the month of April made being outside difficult but our patio and balcony were protected so we could maximize our outdoor living space. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work when we tried to use it and a brand new replacement was brought to us within an hour. Definitely a 5 star experience and demands a return visit. Nearby, Salty Dolphin great for a beach refreshment.

As a whole, our family was thoroughly thrilled with your accommodations, amenities and location. It suitedour needs well. I personally had a problem with the fitted sheets in one of the bedrooms upstairs. No matter how I tried to secure them, they would not stay fitted.

Family time
Everything was pretty good. TV’s did not work in all rooms. One person could only shower at a time and had to wait about 10-15 minutes until the next person could shower. We had them come out and look at it but they said it was in tolerance but we still it was a pain with 5 people

We had a great time on our vacay. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us to not be on top of each other. We were able to cook in the well stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the patios for cards at night and just hanging out and having drinks. It was a very centralized location close to the beach.

This was a great place to stay! There were 9 of us...4 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beach is 2-3 blocks away and easy walking. I would definitely stay here again. The best thing was everyone is super friendly
