What a wonderful time we all had! Ten of us spent our annual family trip here wanting to try something new and our hopes were exceeded drastically! Coral was so attentive and helpful all week. The private beach has us so spoiled we don’t know if we will be able to go back to normal beach trips again! I cannot recommend strongly enough to try the chef services offered here. Fausto is a culinary genius and works harder than anyone I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us! We will definitely be back!!

Great stay in a beautiful property! The pool, the view and the beach cove are fantastic. The pics do not do it justice. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, and the whole check in process was easy and efficient. We will definitely stay again.

Our group of 5 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-11) had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house itself was simple but spacious, beds were comfortable and air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. Hot water worked well (previous reviews reported poor hot water), even in the outdoor shower which is the shower our children preferred! Every bedroom has a bathroom plus additional bathrooms in both the living area and outdoors. There are ceiling fans in every area to keep you cool and we did not miss air conditioning in the living area due to fans and the breeze through open windows and doors. Bring mosquito spray if you are prone to being bitten. The outdoor space is absolutely perfect and this is where had all of our meals and spent 90% of our time. The pool is well maintained (pool guy came daily), the patio furniture was comfortable, and the view is spectacular...but the best part was the beach access with private cove. The final few steps down to the beach required some climbing since the stairs had not been repaired yet from the winter swells, but we were able to manage and this added to the adventure for our kids. We are told that the stairs are rebuilt each May for the summer months when the water is consistently calmer. But the cove is not to be missed! We explored beautiful local beaches including Crash Boat (very popular and busy), Playa Pena Blanca (smaller and great for snorkeling...we swam with turtles) and Borinquen...all a 5-10 minute drive away. The house is located in the back of a neighborhood. The nearby main street had many restaurants and was close to a grocery store. There were pool floats, a beach umbrella, beach towels and an ice chest available for use at the house. The washer and dryer also came in handy and detergent was provided. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bedroom and dish/dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. Housekeeper comes daily to tidy up the kitchen and living space. I would 100% recommend this property. We absolutely loved our time here and were so sad to leave.

We were 3 families - 11 people total. 6 adults, 5 kids from 9-14. This was wonderful. The house is amazing. It has a well equipped kitchen, lots of space to hang out, great pool and beach front. Sunsets were beautiful on the spacious patio. Clean house and lovely staff. Highly recommend!

5 couples stayed in February. Just a great house that fit our group perfect. Actually got to snorkel for couple days down on the beach below. Great times, swam with turtles and fish variety was great. Two days saw whales from bluff, saw a big group of dolphins one day as well. Lots of bird life, including frigates, tropic birds, pelicans, osprey, and troupial(we the Venezuelan), doves, white winged dove and pigeons. Saw the local inguanas that live within the cliffs. Just a great week, visiting multiple beaches as well.

Property is beautiful and staff was very responsive but hot water was not consistently available for all bathrooms, a/c went in one room because of power outages. Wood Decking is in need of replacing and steps down to beach need to be repaired.

Spectacular property! The view is breathtaking (literally). We had a very hard time leaving the house, between the pool, the private cove and the outdoor space we almost cancelled our excursions. The house was spacious so our extended family of nine ( including a baby) had plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked we ended up cooking most nights together. They had a wonderful woman, Yolanda, who came in every day to tidy up after us. After the first day any uncomfortable feelings I had about it disappeared. This will be a property we return to, simply beautiful!

The place is amazing. HUGE. View is amazing and our stay was one of a kind.

The house itself is in need of renovation or repairs in certain places. Out of 7 days, showering twice per day, I had a total of 3 hot showers. The other times, the water was ambient temperature at best. Hot showers seemed to only be experienced in the afternoon by all our guests. In the room with the 2 queen beds, the paint is literally peeling off the wall because it's so damp. The room smelled musty and damp. The air-conditioner in one of the other queen bedrooms dripped water on the bed so only one person could sleep on the "dry" side of the bed. The dishwasher did not work. At first, it leaked bubbles out of the side and then it stopped draining completely. The kitchen counters were not clean and had a lot of food in the gaps between the pieces of granite which could not be removed by wiping them. There is a housekeeper listed but the lady didn't do anything except empty the trash cans in the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of pot, pans, plates and glasses. All guests said that the beds were very comfortable (except the sofa bed). The linens were clean and soft. This property has beautiful grounds, pool and private beach cove. The staircase down to the beach is wooden and in need of repair in some places - the owners state that you use the stairs at your own risk. Once on the beach, it is beautiful. The waves can get rough but it is a wonderful place to hang out. The single best thing about this house (other than the view and cove) was the private chef that can be hired. This lady was absolutely fabulous. The food she cooked (2 dinners, 3 breakfasts) was delicious and beautifully presented. If you are expecting "luxury" accommodation in comparison to luxury houses in USA, you will be disappointed. However, it might be luxury for Puerto Rico.

Home was amazing! Just as described & pictures didn’t do it justice! Private beach literally in your back yard, pool was nice & the sunsets were stunning!!!! Home is very clean, well stocked kitchen & grilling area, both have all you need to not leave the home! Check in & out process was easy and fast, very helpful every step of the way! Last minute, literally day prior we decided we wanted a private chef to come in and do breakfast. The chef definitely had every single one of us enjoying every bite! Housekeeping daily & pool Service as well -kept home well maintained & the entire staff was friendly. Showers were definitely an adjustment, cold showers due to solar system set up, but after a long day out, the cool water helped! AC in all the rooms kept us within our comfort zone & sleeping was nice an cool! Definitely a home I will be sharing with friends and family when visiting Puerto Rico!

My family and I had the best vacation ever! The house was immaculate. The air conditioner was cold. We used the grill often, they keep it very clean.

This beautiful property was the perfect home for our family of 13. Coral was an excellent host and stayed responsive prior to and throughout our entire stay. Yoli the house keeper was also very professional, we were very pleased with how thorough her cleaning was. We truly never felt the need to leave the home, all the amenities were there! We loved the privacy of the direct access to the beach and the infinity pool. We would love to stay again.

From the moment we saw the view from the front door, this is an amazing place. The views are fantastic! Very comfortable and roomy house for our entire group. Loved the pool and access to the beach. The snorkeling is great, saw turtles every time. Plenty of other marine life to enjoy, good spot for beginners. Outdoor grilling or cooking in the spacious kitchen was enjoyable. The property manager Coral was very accessible and helpful. This is a dream house, had an epic time and enjoyed every minute we spent here.

This was our second stay at this lovely home in Aguadilla. When I entered the house I felt like I was home again. The house is so welcoming and really felt like my second home. Some of the decor can be updated outside since that's where people spend most of the day. I knew in advance that hot water for showering would be hard to come by and this was very true. I don't like cold showers but had no choice....I did enjoy two warm ones. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but some definitley need more lighting. It sounds like i'm being picky however, I had to use my phone to lighten the closet area in my room so I could pick out clothing. Kitchen was wonderful! we did a ton of cooking and everything that was needed was avaiable. Coral was very informative and kind. Many wonderful memories have been made here with my family. can't wait to book it again.

Expect to be blown away once you arrive! The house was perfect for the 11 of us. We had a hard time leaving for excursions, because everything we needed was right there. The beach and snorkeling was amazing there, as was the pool and patio. The property manager was very responsive and the owners are some of the nicest people, when we ran into them at Cocoloba. Thanks for an amazing experience in Puerto Rico!!

We had such a wonderful time!! From the birds and diving pelicans, to the iguanas, to the chance siting of humpback whales. Every single aspect of our trip was wonder. Everything we needed was within a 10 min drive; (supper markets, bakeries for breakfast, to the Cocoloba beach bar) everything was fantastic. We loved our vacation and we'll definitely return!

We had the most amazing experience at the Villa Flamboyan! We waited two years for this to happen due to the pandemic and the trip was epic!! Five couples enjoyed this beautiful, spacious and gorgeous home! We had the pleasure of spotting both a group of dolphins, watched whales on two different days and every single night we witnessed an unbelievable sunset! The pool was perfect and the beach/cove certainly added to our experience. There were several iguana's that lived in the rocks and kept an eye on us all week which was fascinating. We used the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the spacious kitchen inside the home multiple times during our stay. Since our trip was rescheduled several times we had two years of communication with Coral and it was phenomenal!! We had a few requests during the week and the response was punctual and so helpful. The only disappointment was that we didn't have an opportunity to meet Coral. We would definitely return to this beautiful home.

We absolutely loved the sunsets, it was the time for the family to get together and enjoy the view. Loved the private beach and even took a private yoga class on the backyard overlooking the ocean. Pure relaxation !!

We had eleven family members stay for a week. Ages ranged from 22-60. Everyone enjoyed the pool, yoga on the deck, snorkeling down at the beach(go out from beach and to the left) and playing games at the large outdoor table. The kitchen had everything we needed. The grill was great. There were some noodles that worked great for snorkeling and a few floaties. There is a restroom by the pool and an outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms each had their own air conditioner unit. Coral sent me a link with directions that were needed. The streets are narrow and winding and the signage is poor. We enjoyed a trip to Rincon on Thursday night for their art festival and to Crash Boat Beach nearby. We ate at Eclipse Restaurant near Isabella. Very cute decor…..open air restaurant. Expensive, but a nice treat.

Probably the most beautiful property I’ve seen, and I’ve been lucky enough to stay at a few. Just the experience of walking through the front door - seeing the stunning stunning view of infinity pool and ocean beyond - was enough to lower stress and set the mood for a fabulous time away. The property is generously sized, each en-suite bedroom an oasis of privacy and comfort. As the one who found and rented the place, I had first pick of bedrooms but it was hard because they were all wonderful! Our group of seven friends loved cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, hanging out in the shaded lounge area poolside, and gathering in the conversation pit late at night. The neighborhood is residential and safe; we enjoyed a three mile walk every morning. Grocery stores were well stocked. We preferred the one closest (5 minutes away) that Coral recommended. Palmas Cafe was great for fresh fish and homemade-tasting meals, and our favorite restaurants you MUST try are Eclipse, and Jota by Chef Jeremie, both in nearby Isabela. Do a late lunch so you can appreciate the views and avoid crowds. El Cliff well worth a drink and snack at sunset for an amazing view. Coral was an excellent communicator. There were issues with the water heater that Coral got fixed as soon as she was able…we rolled with it, and it would not stop us from renting again. All in all, an absolutely wonderful stay!

this property was everything it represented itself to be. It slept 11 of us without any stress whatsoever. All things we needed to enjoy that site were provided. Management was responsive to our questions. I would reccomend this to anyone

If there is an opening for this house, stop waisting time reading this and book it now!!!!! Everything about this property is stunning! But Coral the property manager makes it even better. Stellar communication and she thinks of everything you would possibly need and the house has it ready for you. The pool & view are obviously amazing but we had the yoga instructor come for our group and it was so relaxing to have Sunday morning to start winding down for the weekend. We walked to Pina Blanca beach close by but you don't even need to with the private beach access from the backyard. Felt very safe at this house and also felt private on the street. Already can't wait to book another trip with this company but this house is just phenomenal!!!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The view is spectacular, the property manager was friendly and accommodating and the house is beautiful and very clean! Sits on top of a cliff where you can walk down to snorkel or swim. Sunsets that will take your breath away! Best vacation ever!

This house exceeded our expectations! Our group of 11 family members thoroughly enjoyed this home - between the infinity pool, incredible views of the ocean and private cove, we never wanted to leave! The home is tastefully decorated and furnished. The property manager, Coral, was also incredibly responsive, helpful and all around generous with her time and recommendations.

The first 5 days were excellent. Sadly there is a neighbor that rents his property to lousy and disrespectful people. The last two nights we couldn’t sleep because of the loud music that they had all night long.
