The property was very clean and had everything you needed for cooking.It had a very nice grassy area for the older to toss a football.Already looking at booking for next year.

We had an unforgettable stay at this incredible lakefront property. The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the water with easy access to the lake. The proximity made it super convenient for our family to enjoy all the water activities without any hassle.
The dock was a highlight, offering plenty of room for the kids to fish, swim, and play. It was a central hub for our daily adventures, and we loved how easy it was to get in and out of the water.
The views were simply stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for family use, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.
If you're looking for a family-friendly retreat with unbeatable lake access and breathtaking views, this is the place for you! We can't wait to return.

We had 6 adults and a 2 year old. The house is lovely. The description online is perfectly written. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room. The semi-private beach was amazing. We caught a lot of fish right off the dock. We brought a canoe and went fishing in deeper water as well. We brought all the food needed for the 3 days. The kitchen had everything we needed, pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc. They have a fun play area for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. It was the best and most relaxing vacation I have ever been on in recent memory.

Had a wonderful stay. The view is so beautiful. It fit our family needs just right. Thought the stairs might be an issue but really not bad at all. If you could work on the weather forecast- we’d give 10 stars. LOL.

It was great. Location was perfect, and our family very much enjoyed it. The only criticism was the A/C wasn't as good as could be.

The 90' pier was appreciated. Shallows are rocky, not sandy or muddy. Much of the nearby shore is muddy. I have made a reservation for next year at this property.
I did not like the metal bunk that I slept in. Every wiggle by granddaughter in the top bunk was transmitted down to me.

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. Everything was fantastic, communication was great, and staying on the water was second to none.

This was our third time staying here, and we just love it! It feels like our home away from home. The location is perfect- we walked to crepes and coffee for breakfast and the grocery store and restaurants are super close as well. The yard is very large and there is a play structure for the kids. The dock was so much fun as well, and there are kayaks and paddle boards to use in the garage. Definitely a bear lake gem!

The property and location can't be beat. The unit is clean and the proximity to the lake is what sold us on this rental. The owner is also very responsive.This is the reason for my 5 stars. That said, if you are looking for privacy, keep looking. The 2 adjoining units were full (one of them had more than the rental probably allows) and there were at least 10 children under the age of 8 that were loud and screaming throughout the week. The neighboring deck and grill is literally inches away from the patio furniture. Very close quarters. We struggled to claim yard space in the shared area. The other groups were setting up big canopy tents and left us no room. Hard to enjoy the beach or the dock with so many people. We love Bear Lake but will definitely choose something a bit more private for our next visit.

This was such a great property; we love being right on the lake. We are already planning for next year. The only thing that could make it better is taking care of the weeds between the lawn and the beach. Other than that, it was Perfect.

Our family had a wonderful time at Sand Haven. The views are spectacular and the privacy is heavenly. The unit was very clean and accomidated all of our needs. It was wonderful to have plenty of parking and be able to walk to town when we wanted. We will definitely be returning to make more memories at this beautiful location. KJ

We loved staying at this property. It was central to the town - everything we needed was close by. We enjoyed the lake access and private dock. The home was neat and tidy. Craig was excellent to work with. There was in the booklet a suggestion for a cave nearby and we went and had a great time. We look forward to staying there again in the future. We recommend this property.

I booked this location as it was centrally located for a group I have know since grade school, I'm 68. It was a wonderful, spacious unit with rooms for all of our married couples. large living room for us to sit around and converse. We even took the Kayaks out on the lake. All of the amenities were new. The kitchen was completely stocked which we took full advantage of cooking every night. The location, right on the beach, gave a fantastic view out every window. I would highly recomend this place as a gettaway to a beautiful location.

Great Property, love the backyard and proximity to the lake! The only complaint would be the housekeeping does not do a very good job, but that could change based on who cleans each time.

Great location for our family. Loved the walkability …quick walk to coffee, shakes and lake. Enjoyed sitting on deck, watching the sunrise and the deer walk by each morning. The playground was a life saver- the two year old granddaughter wore herself out! Craig was awesome to work with and responded quickly to all communication.

This was our second time staying here, and we loved it! The water level was high and the swimming dock was submerged which was so much fun. We had 8 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room for everyone. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if anyone in the group has mobility trouble. The location is amazing- walking distance to downtown garden city and super close to the marina. We will be back!

This was a gift to our family for Christmas. We had the best time ever. The house was clean and the games and water toys were awesome. We barbequed, watched the boat parade, and the fireworks. Everyone had a great time from our 6 month great granddaughter to the 72 year old grandpa!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this townhouse, right on the shores of the beautiful turquoise Bear Lake! There was plenty of room for our whole family of 14 to stay! It was very clean and spacious! The owners were awesome and very responsive! Having the paddle board and kayaks available for us to use was so amazing and fun! We would definitely stay there again! We had a great time at this property. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had the basic spices, and plenty of pans and dinnerware. The outdoor grill worked great as well. The kids loved the swings and outdoor playset. I misunderstood the listing when it said "Apple TV built in" as it was included, but you would have to enter your Apple TV account information to use it. Also the pictures in the listing of the dock shows it well over the water. In reality, it's at least 10 feet from the waters edge. The dock over the water was the main reason we rented this location, so we were a little disappointed with that. But overall, fun time was had by all!

This was a very nice place to celebrate my husband and daughter's 16 birthday with the family. There was enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The games they had entertained my children. The deck and the yard was perfect to watch the sunrise and sunsets. I loved the beach and the fire place. I was bummed that we were not able to use the pier but the water toys (3 kayaks, 1 SUP) kept us enjoying the water. Be prepared for a lot of up and down the stairs but the location and views make this house a WIN!

Had an absolute amazing vacation at this property…the location is walking distance to the grocery store, Zipz, and LaBeau’s, although we rarely left because the townhouse was so dreamy. We felt spoiled with the private beach and big open backyard. We were comfortable and spread out with 8 adults sharing the space. The common areas were perfect for game nights, the grill and kitchen were well-equipped, the beds were comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Highly recommend!!

We love coming to Bear Lake and it’s a big deal that the property we stay at is on the water. This house is steps from the lake. They also had paddle boards which is a big thing for my kids.
The home was clean and had good space for our group of 12. The property had a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the fire pit for s’mores at night. You share a yard space but it’s large and room for all. It would be nice if it was private but not a deal breaker for us.
The only complaint I had was if you’re sleeping in the downstairs rooms it doesn’t stay as cool. There are fans in both rooms but it was still warm for my liking. Main level and upstairs were cool temps though.

Great place for 10-12 persons. Living area really could not accommodate more than that. Refrig was a bit small. Access to water was good for paddle boards kayaks but not good for boats as lake is way down this year. Fun kiddie playground equip on the lawn area. Signage to property could be improved a bit.

Can’t beat the location
Easy walk to raspberry milkshakes. Wonderful play area and my son was happy that there were always other families with kids staying in the other two units to play with. Direct access to the water for our packrafts and to wade and throw rocks. This was our second time staying here and we plan to return!

Amazing location and townhouse!
We loved our stay! The water is just past the yard which was so much fun. It’s also super close to the marina, store, and restaurants- we were able to walk to breakfast in the mornings and to the store! The kayak and paddle board were super fun, and the kids loved the playground. The only downside was sharing the yard/deck/fire pit with the other two townhouses as they are all connected. There were large groups in all three when we were there so it was a little crowded, but we still had a great time!

We all loved the condo and it’s setting. Great hosts who were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this for a family making summer memories on the lake!!

Great family time
We loved our stay! Being on the beach made a huge difference. The playground and outside area added so much more to our stay! The beds were so comfortable. We had plenty do room for everyone . Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing Location!!
This property is amazing! We loved being right on the beach! The backyard was great for yard games and volleyball. The only drawbacks were having several married couples and only 3 bedrooms and not much parking. However, we made it work and we loved it! Thanks!

Exceeded our expectations
Our family which includes extended family and grandchildren had an exceptionally enjoyable time! The beds were super comfortable, furnishings beautiful and new, the kitchen was spacious and well supplied with anything needed to cook with. The air conditioning a definite plus. With three levels it can get hot on upper level but that was no problem here. The grassy area with playground equipment gave younger kids something to do even when it was early and everyone was not up yet. Providing kayaks was so fun for our grandkids, they loved being on the water and it was great to get some exercise also. Being right on the beach made it possible for us to enjoy it all day and night and not just for a few hours like usual when we were staying at properties with no beachfront and had to pack in and pack out at the beach and stay for just a few hours.

Love this place!
This was our 3rd annual family reunion at the townhouse. It fits our family of 12 very comfortably. We LOVE the location right on the beach. Sitting on the deck is a pleasure. The new dock is helpful and fun. The big lawn is perfect for games. It’s close to Garden City where we had dinner one night. We took out the kayaks this year from the garage. The kids love the playground set. The owners are accommodating and everything is always clean. Thanks for another great reunion!
