Alloggio grazioso e completamente nuovo, pulitissimo e situato in una zona a pochi passi dal centro storico

Location was spot-on, house was clean, quiet and situated in the heart of Gravina near the city centre with 2 bars for breakfast and 2 supermarkets near. We had a wonderful time at Le Segrete and we would visit again, the host(s) just need to be more careful with some things/details as to make the whole experience even better.

- The bedroom's window shutters are VERY old, this, in conjunction with the fact that the drapes/curtains were semi-transparent made us wake up as soon as the sun rose up, bedroom is in dire need of new shutters AND thicker curtains for a (much) more comfortable sleep. - Some of the toiletries were not available upon arrival, basically, we had to bathe with some...hand-soap.Please remember to include some basic shampoo and shower gel as described next time. - The (electronically) controlled door got stuck many times, this led to some uncomfortable moments upon return to the apartment late at night were we had to retry the door code 3-4 times AND push (really) hard on the door. - Bathroom door gets stuck and is noisy - Michele (the owner's liaison), while extremely friendly and polite, wasn't as available as it should be the 1-2 times we needed him, we had to wait about 2 hours for him to respond regarding our door problem not operating correctly.

Cosy little studio. Check in was with an entrance code. It is central located, with free parking in front of the door (if you are lucky ;) ). The kitchen is small and it can be difficult for people who are tall but other than that, it is a very nice place to cook and eat. The bathroom is very clean, a lot of towels and hot water. The bedroom is big, a nice bed, lots of lights, a big closet with paper of wifi code on it, television and two chairs. It has a big window and sometimes a lot of noise from outside. Le Segrete is a wonderful place if you want to explore Gravina. The host is a very warm and enthousiast person, with a lot of tips and inside information. I would recommend this place!!
