The location of Portsea Place is great and the size of the property easily accommodated our family.

Being charged an additional $95!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to have the bins emptied because we didn't put the bins out in time for collection.....even though a memo left on the bench left other instructions...and an sms was received with bin instructions after the bins were emptied. Absolutely unacceptable. And staff were non negotiable.

The property is a bit tired and could definitely use some new bath towels and removal of an old couch under the veranda

Best location in Portsea. the house is huge with 5 bedrooms, multiple living areas and 3 toilets which is a must for a large group.

TVs difficult to navigate. some bath towels were very poor quality. The dining table only seats 6 which makes no sense in a house that size

This place was beautifully kept and had a very homely feel. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay down in Portsea, its close to everything. We were able to walk and explore the area and enjoy the coffee across the road.

Just two minor issues, that didn't affect our stay, would be the lock on the front gate and just the cobwebs in the bathroom, aside from those two things its an excellent place to stay. I would stay again if I visit the area again.

The house met all the needs for our large group over the weekend

The house was very stuffy and hot due to the hot weather. We were looking for some respite from the heat; would have been nice if the air conditioner was on.
