Emplacement idéal, près du centre ville. Accueil très agréable et très bons conseils de la propriétaire. Un parking permet de garer sa voiture et de tout faire à pied. La chambre est grande, très propre et bien aménagée, avec une grande salle d'eau et des WC séparés.

Chambre très cosy et confortable tres joliment décoré en retrait de la ville.
Agréable petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
Chambre au dernier étage 2ème étage avec des escaliers assez pentu.

En randonnée sur le GR 34, notre halte à chez Rozenn a été exceptionnelle: chambre décorée avec beaucoup de goût et d'un grand confort. Literie parfaite. Le petit déjeuner , très copieux et délicieux , a été un moment d'échange passionnant avec notre hôtesse.Nous reviendrons si nous passons par Pont Aven à nouveau.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la chambre est spacieuse et bien décorée, proche du centre à pied.
Le couloir d'accès est dans l'ambiance de l'atelier et les tableaux accrochés sont un régal pour les yeux.
Notre hôtesse nous offre un bon petit déjeuner varié et donne de bons conseils pour un agréable séjour.
Nous la remercions et espérons revenir chez elle, c'est une belle adresse.
Mise à part la porte salle de bain / chambre qui coince un peu tout est bien !! :-)

Nos hemos sentido muy bien recibidos durante nuestra estancia. El alojamiento está decorado con mucho gusto, se nota que la anfitriona es una artista. El desayuno muy completo, con muchos detalles y buena conversación. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Pont-aven y dispone de parking. Esperamos poder repetir en el futuro!

Rozanne ist eine sehr liebe, nette und lebensfrohe Gastgeberin! Konnten trotz Sprachbarrieren gut miteinander kommunizieren!

Haus ohne Lift - aber nicht schlimm!
Zimmer super schön romantisch und liebevoll eingerichtet - da merkt man das die Gastgeberin Künstlerin ist!
Alles super sauber und ordentlich - Bett sehr bequem!

Lage - wunderbar zentral - ein paar Gehminuten und schon ist man mitten drin in dieser zauberhaften Kulisse!

Rozenn & Jean Michel were excellent hosts! So friendly, welcoming and helpful! Room was spotlessly clean with lovely freshly painted décor. Lots of Rozenn's artwork on display. Conveniently located with only a 2/3 minute walk to the centre ville. Free Parking. Breakfast was fabulous. You take breakfast in Rozenn's kitchen and the food and coffee were excellent! We met another French couple at breakfast who were so pleasant and chatty, it was a very pleasant experience. Pont Aven is a really nice French village with a marina. We stayed 1 night and would highly recommend a visit!

The room was up 2 flights of stairs. We had heavy luggage. Otherwise, this would not have been an issue

Ros'n was so hospitable. The room was bright and soothing, and well-decorated with plenty of space. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.
Bathroom light could be brighter. (But the bathroom is lovely)
Blankets were a bit cumbersome and heavy .

Beautifully decorated house and accommodation, with atelier and gallery downstairs. Exceptional breakfast and an amazing host!
Parking was a bit awkward when we arrived and generally a bit difficult.

The apartment is nicely decorated and was very clean. Beds were good. Although the house is situated at a high-traffic through-road, it is quiet if the front windows are closed (at night there is almost no traffic there and you can sleep well with windows open). Rozenn (the owner) is a very polite, interested and helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for activities, booked restaurants for us etc. Here freshly cooked breakfast was excellent.
The only, BUT REALLY MAJOR downturn for us was the following: We have chosen this location ONLY because it claims in the description on booking.com that it has a terrace. We wanted to spend some time in fresh air and not only inside a building (the weather was excellent...). In fact, there is (nice) terrace, but it is for the use of the owners only, WHILE GUESTS HAVE NO ACCESS TO IT!!! This was really a disappointment for us in an otherwise very good stay there, since it was just not what we expected. It would be more than fair if the owner discards the "terrace" from the description on booking.com.

It was absolutely incredible! The hotel is part of an art gallery, which gives it so much charm. The rooms are gorgeous and the bed was super comfy. But the best part was the lovely owner and her homemade breakfast. She is the nicest hostess ever, absolutely loved our stay here.

Charming little room, tasteful and comfortable. Quiet despite being on a fairly main road. Host was warm and welcoming. Very pleasant homemade breakfast where the host very willingly spoke at length about the town, its history and many other aspects of French life. A delightful experience for us.
The location was perhaps a little out of the centre of town but provided an easy, interesting and pleasant walk along a main road down to that centre. Parking five minutes away though not too inconvenient.
