Friendly staff. And rooms very clean. And amazing view when you take breakfast .

Great rooftop terrace and pool, very good breakfast. Clean rooms and compfy beds!

The food off the Menu was well priced considering there are no other Restaurants nearby (Thebes Hotel is over the River on the other side of Luxor town with a local bus and then water taxi required to get across the Nile River to Luxor).

Breakfast was very underwhelming. No cereals, fresh fruit or toast available. Egg station (if you want to call it that) was omelette with cheese or Omelette no cheese) or fried eggs. Unfortunately however the main concern we had was when Checking-in around 2pm, we were shown to a completely different room for 3 Adults and 1 child :/ When asking to be taken to our actual Studio Room we had booked online, we were then taken to a Double Mountain view room which also was not what we had booked. We were only then told that there was no operating Toilet in the actual Studio Room we had booked!!!As we had also booked a separate Twin room for our 2 children, we advised the staff and Manager that we would still be happy to stay in the Studio for tonight as we could use our children’s toilet as the Plumber was to return the next morning to fix. It was then that things became suspicious to us as we were told the Plumber had taken the only key with him and we couldn’t be shown the Studio room anyway?? However while we were by the only pool which overlooked the Studio Room and is shared by all house guests, we saw two female guests unlock and lock the door!! It became very obvious to us that our Studio Room (of which there is only one at this Hotel) had been double booked and the broken toilet was a ruse). In addition the Studio room was incorrectly represented on Booking.com (see attached) as offering a Rooftop Pool and a Hot Tub, which it did not.

El hotel super limpio y con una terraza con vista espectacular a los Hot Air Ballons. El hotel lo tiene todo (restaurante con un amplio menu y bueno), piscina y terraza.

El barrio donde se encuentra no es muy lindo pero en realidad lo tienes todo en el hotel( restaurante, piscina y terraza)

Het hotel heeft een fantastische ligging in een steegje naast de hoofdweg. Hierdoor is het er rustig en heb je geen last van verkeer of iets dergelijks. Het dakterras met zwembad en veel gelegenheid om te zitten is echt uniek! Prachtig uitzicht over de west oever en naar de bergen. Doordat je hoog zit staat er altijd wel een briesje waardoor het heel aangenaam is. Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen die allemaal voor je klaar staan en alles doen om het je naar de zin te maken. We sliepen in een grote familie kamer met uitzicht op de bergen. Elke dag netjes schoon gemaakt en keurig verzorgd. Een absolute aanrader in Luxor!

Very nice hotel with a comfortable room, the staff is super helpful and welcoming and they help us with whatever we needed. The rooftop has amazing views and the food at the breakfast was amazing. We could not have had a better stay and would definitely return to stay here

The staff were amazing, I’m soo glad I got the opportunity to stay here for my trip to Luxor. They made it that much better. Loved the views and the rooftop pool as well, just what you need to cool down especially with the high temperatures Luxor experiences in the summer. I promise to return in the winter this time. Loved the views of Hatshepsut you get to see from the roof top

The view from the terrace is perfect to see sunrise and sunset. The beds were super confortable as the rest of the room. Food was good. Good wifi. But above all the people working there is really welcoming and helpful..

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean, and spacious with cool air conditioning and a balcony. The view from the rooftop with the pool is amazing

The room was very big with a very nice view of a great garden. The sheets were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a warm welcome and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was terrible, no taste at all. During all the night a terrible noise was coming from the bathroom and in the early morning a non stop alarm started ringing.

I must say that all the staff were impeccable and super helpful. They even helped me rent a bike which made my stay even more fun. The hotel is super clean and organized. The room was very good and spacious and the terrace was amazing with a swimming pool and a view of the valleys. I highly recommend!

The owner of the hotel Mohammad is a very friendly host. The roof top restaurant and pool offers a great view and great affordable menus . Each room comes with a balcony. The little relaxing garden is a tranquil place - with or without a shisha. A very unique hotel room is soon available - stay like a Pharao! Thx Mohammad - we love your place!

I do not usually eat breakfast but I did my best as it was delicous. Dinner was excellent. I was glad it had a lift. The rooftop restaurant and pool were lovely. Staff were helpful and sweet trying to teach me Egyptian

Breakfast on terrace, view (far away) of Hatchepsout temple, quiet place

Bathroom basic, cleaning of the room basic, staff friendly but too young (sons of the owner) and unable to anticipate (extra toilet paper, soap....) Way to the entrance of the hotel : typical Egypt, but it can scare you.

The location and food were great as we had a great view and could see the balloons, but the buffet would have been better if possible!

This was my second time staying at Thebes Hotel, and it was as splendid as the last time. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the location is perfect if you plan on visiting The Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut’s Mortuary Temple. Breakfast was good and the facilities were clean. Will stay again next time I visit Luxor!
