Recentemente quotate in borsa! Bella casa, completamente ristrutturata, nel centro di Pagosa Springs! A pochi passi o in auto dalle famose sorgenti termali e dal fiume San Juan. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per una perfetta vacanza in montagna! Con 3 camere da letto la casa può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Tutti i letti hanno materassi nuovissimi. La camera da letto al piano inferiore ha un letto matrimoniale con armadio e bagno privato con cabina doccia. Al piano superiore camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio e scrivania / area di lavoro. Al piano superiore camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con un materasso in memory foam, salottino, TV e cabina armadio. Ci sono 2 bagni. Ogni bagno ha distributori con shampoo e shampoo Shikai naturali, nonché un asciugacapelli. Il bagno al piano inferiore ha una cabina doccia, al piano superiore ha una combinazione doccia / vasca. Il soggiorno ha due sedie e un divano con materasso memory foam estraibile, TV con Netflix, lettore DVD. L'armadio ha ombrelli, borse della spesa riutilizzabili e varie. carte e giochi da tavolo per tutte le età. Nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile: lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, fornello a gas e piano cottura, frigorifero. Gli ospiti possono usufruire di frullatore, pentole, tostapane, pentole e padelle, teglie, casseruole. bollitore elettrico, stampa francese, macinacaffè, caffettiera standard, spezie e oli da cucina. Il ripostiglio ha accesso a una lavatrice e asciugatrice. All'esterno vi è un deposito chiuso per conservare tutta l'attrezzatura più una griglia a gas a 4 fuochi con bruciatore laterale e utensili per griglia. C'è anche una buca per il fuoco con posti a sedere in legno.

The house was very well supplied and clean.
Another A/C unit upstairs would make the upper bedrooms more comfortable during summer months. We felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood and highly recommend this location.

Four friends on a two week motorcycle trip around the western half of the US. We only stayed one night here but the accommodations were perfect. Plenty of room for the four of us to stretch out. Short walk into downtown and close to everything you need. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Our visit in Pagosa Springs was great and very enjoyable for 1st time visit there. The house did not have air conditioning upstairs that I must have over looked in details. We made it work and the rest was all good.

Enjoyed our stay. The place accommodated all our family of six with ages ranging from 1 to 65. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. We appreciated the binder of activities with phone numbers and addresses of all to do and see around Pagosa. Our grandkids loved the toys and books at the house. The adults loved the size and privacy of bedrooms. The living room was small, but everything else made up for it.

I’m no stranger to the Pagosa area. Usually we stay at rustic cabins closer to wolf creek pass, however we needed a spot in town for a wedding. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Had all the amenities we needed, enough space for us, and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the “older” part of pagosa and the hot springs, close to grocery stores and a hop
Skip and away to the beautiful outdoors. Communication with the host was prompt and answered all my questions. We were really looking forward to using the fire pit, unfortunately weather didn’t want us to, luckily there are some great board games here that all of us could play!

There is a mini split at the base of the stairs that is adequate for the ground floor but upstairs where two bedrooms are is hot and stuffy.
There was a coffee maker and filters but no coffee. There were weird things in the cupboards like a can of opened frosting and half a package of spaghetti noodles. The refrigerator had an assortment of condiments and pickles.
The wide angle lens used to take the photos really gave us a distorted impression of the downstairs living space.

The house was clean and comfortable. I do agree with the few other reviews about the temperature. The upstairs was warm because there isn’t A/C. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Easy check in too.

House was as described, clean and easy to check-in, but multiple messages to owner went unanswered. No coffee, no laundry detergent. Neighbor’s dog woke us up at 5:30 barking for a good hour. Also other neighbor peered at us for a good 30 mins while we were packing and unpacking. Great location with easy walk to river walk and downtown. Even found some Mtn biking trails close by.

We stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom and we couldn't have asked for a better homebase. It was perfect for us four adults. The property sits on top of hill overlooking Pagosa Springs with an incredible view of snow capped Pagosa Peak and the San Juans. We arrived to a clean property, and made full use of the kitchen, played games in the dining room, and took advantage of the firepit for s'mores in the evenings. Downtown Pagosa is no more than a 15 minute walk, including city park, the hippy dips, the springs resort, and the Riverwalk trail. We did have a little bit of an issue with the wifi, but our host was very quick to respond with solutions, and consistently checked in with me about the status, but given the surroundings and access to the outdoors, we barely had any need for internet.

We had a really nice stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and in a nice area. We were happy that Pagosa Hot Springs was within walking distance. Overall had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay. Listing was accurate. Was clean and comfortable. Our only issues were not with the rental but the neighbors are close and were a little loud. Nice neighborhood to walk the dog around, parks and open space. Short drive to Main Street and all the restaurants.

This place was just right. Good location, clean, spacious and warm with everything we needed for a good experience in Pagosa Springs and skiing Wolf Creek. I’d stay there again and would recommend it to others coming to the area.

We rented this as our first VRBO experience. Overall, it was great! The property was as described. It was definitely cost-effective compared to staying at the actual resort in town. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the facilities at the resort but had a lot more room to spread out and be comfortable for our 3-night stay.
The only bummer was we lost internet/television services on our last full day. This was in part a working vacation for me, and I was disappointed that the service wasn't very reliable. Not just for work purposes, but for watching anything on the television. We did enjoy 2 movies on the previous night. The house is definitely equipped to enjoy that amenity from just about every part of the house, providing it works. This small inconvenience turned out to be a great evening of playing board games! Thanks for supplying so many choices!

This place had everything we needed. It was nice to get in late the first night and feel comfortable just going straight to bed. Some bulbs were out the the toaster was not the best at bagels. Also be careful, the downstairs bathroom does not lock! These small issue getting fixed would easily make the stay 4 stars.

We were in and out of town quickly but spent two nights here and it is a great place in Pagosa Springs. Proximity was perfect and the views from the front and side porches are hard to beat. Thanks for a great stay.

I did not appreciate the listing of a rate for a stay, then the addition of basic property rental expenses, cleaning, and’service’ fees should be quoted out front. This feels dishonest.

It's about a 10 min walk from Pagosa downtown area. It was nice to have the 2 dedicated parking spots. It was helpful to have a few condiments available like butter, sugar, ketchup and mustard. Houses in that location are in close proximity to each other but the neighbors on a Saturday night were very quiet.
