Absolutely fantastic accommodation with everything one could need for a relaxing stay. The studio was private, cosy, nicely decorated and very clean. The surrounding, including the owners garden are absolutely beautiful. There was a welcome pack of food on the arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Having a kitchen equipped with all the essentials was a real bonus as my partner loves cooking. There was a supply of all sorts of spices, condiments as well as cosmetics and cleaning products. There was also a pantry cupboard filled with drinks, snack but also cleaning detergents and other essentials one could need. The pantry operates on honesty - either leave money or replace when used. that was the best accommodation I have stayed in a long time.

Very nice location, quiet and peaceful. The studio is perfect for one or two people, with all the mod cons you could need. Very comfortable and clean. The owner even left some milk and bread in the studio prior to my arival and the honesty box area is a very good idea.

My only complaint was the shower. No matter how many different combinations of twists of controls I did the shower was very low on power and heated water was hit and miss.

The noise from the tree cutting which affecting virtual meetings and mowing of the grasses on another morning which woke me up from my sweet sleep.

Spacious flat with a fully equipped kitchen in a calm and pleasant setting. Very, very nice indeed.

very close to many attractions, we booked for our honeymoon and as 2 harry potter nerds it was very close to the studio tour. we also took the train to London from Watford station which was very easy. the kitchen was well-kitted out and had almost everything we needed to prepare food. the bathroom was lovely and clean. the tv was just the right size and we brought a ruko box to hook up which was very easy to do and highly recommend. storage space was excellent we have 9 large drawers to put items away. the area is very quiet and we woke up to the sound of birds each morning.

the bed was sadly uncomfortable as we are used to spring mattresses, it was also very low down which was difficult for us to get up. the kitchen needs a pizza cutter
