Great location, good facilities.

location was perfect, fabulous views from all windows. excellent for shops, walking Snowdon, access to railway etc. parking was also great. very spacious too.

felt very dirty, fridge was dirty, kitchen sink was dirty and everything felt unclean. Bedding could all do with being replaced/freshening up. There was never enough water in the tank for a bath and after trying to run a bath there wasn't enough water for showers or washing up. There are no hooks on any of the doors to hang coats to dry out or towels after showers. No washing up liquid but we left a new one there so should be some for future guests. very strong unpleasant smell of either laundry detergent or air fresheners but it made us feel ill. television cut out everytime anybody walked in front of it so watching tv isn't easy!

It was little cold, but the heaters soon warmed the rooms up!

Only thing I would change is add a washing machine as it gets quite muddy in the winter

Location is perfect for the Llanberis Path walk up Snowdon and the village. Large spacious apartment. Comfortable beds & sofa. Big kitchen, but no dishwasher. Nice views from apartment. Free parking

The hot water is from a tank. The shower is a power shower running from the tank. It would only work when the hot tap on the bath was also running (this was a tip from the landlord in the info in the apartment). This meant a shower used 2x the hot water, and a lot because it was a power shower. With 4 people in the 3-bed apartment, we needed to plan the hot water carefully. It meant when we came back from a walk soaked to the skin, we could not all have hot showers. This is a problem that would not occur with an electric shower, which would be cheap to install. It looks like they invested in a luxury power shower, and it has made things much worse than with a standard shower. No washing machine or dryer. It rains a lot in North Wales! A washer and dryer would be a game changer, and there was plenty of room for both. We took our wet clothes home with us. You have to check out by 10am. There was no room for negotiation at all on that! A chair in the bedrooms to put clothes on would have been nice. Even a tiny bar of soap for the bathroom sink would have shown a bit more effort.
