KEIN Fenster lässt sich öffnen, weder im Wohnraum noch im SZ ( lediglich die Balkontür kann man öffnen , die ein winziges Glasfenster hat , aber da dort das Aggregat der Klima angebracht ist, erzeugt dieses so starke Wärme , dass das öffnen der Balkontür sinnlos ist Durch die Rundum-Panoramafenster heizt sich daher die Wohnung ( trotz Jalousien ) auch bei Außentemperaturen von 20 grad so auf , dass die altersschwache Klima kaum kühlt Im SZ bleibt die Luft stickig , weil man dort weder ein Fenster öffnen kann noch eine Kühlung durch die Klima bis dorthin reicht Beim öffnen der Balkontür lag ohne Gewaltanwendung die Klinke in der Hand (Foto) Stühle , Sessel und Schlafcouch haben ihre besten Jahre längst hinter sich ( Fotos ) Küchenleiste lag bei Ankunft in Wohnung abgefallen auf Boden (Foto) Duschmatten eklig ( Foto) Während des Aufenthaltes gab es einen Tag für 4 Stunden kein Wasser (laut anderem Mieter auf gleichem Stock nicht das erste mal

The apartment was large, clean, and had a lot of windows. It was next to the port. Shopping was close by. It seemed very safe.

Very nice place, clean and spacious, perfect view through the windows. Safe car parking spot in underground parking lot. Elevator from parking to apartment on the fifth floor. Self check in and check out without any problems. Near shopping center, ferry terminal. oldtown also 10min walk. Next time when we visit Tallinn, we will definitely come back to this apartment

Perfect location- close to shopping mall and restaurants. It’s not far from old town and beside ferry terminal. The apparent are bright with huge windows and you can enjoy nice view. Parking and sauna gives more benefits for this apartment as well. You can find everything you need here for staying including big comfortable bed. I’ll choose the same apartment when I’ll visit Tallinn.

Maybe some elements of furniture needs to fix/renew.

Location, free underground parking, views, wifi, tv

Leaking shower, too weak air conditioner (it was hot in the bedroom without possibility to open window), cleaning should be improved (mold and smell in the washing machine, dust under furniture), noise from the cars on the streets (you get used to it on 3rd night).

Nice location, clean, good views. Decent sauna.

Could use a bit of refreshing short-term future.
