Unpleasant smell in the apartment. Dirty toilet. Flakes of dust hung from the huge fan above the bed. Room 3.5*4.5 it also has a bathroom and a mini 2 double bed. Very hot. It is impossible to sleep at night. I've never seen anything like this anywhere. It's like you're sleeping in your grandmother's wardrobe. Communication with the owner can not be called pleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't see that I had booked a room in an apartment with the owner. I tried to cancel the reservation for free - the owner refused.

Good quiet location. 15 minutes of walking to the city centre. Free public parking right in front of the building. Nice balcony.

The room and the whole apartment wasn't clean. There was dust everywhere. Poor breakfast. The bed was small for two people and mattress was sloping to one side. There was a shower directly in the room and there was only one window, it was difficult to air the room.

The landlord is a very friendly person and during the stay we had many exchanges and learnt some cultural knowledge. The house is very well equipped and interesting and the surroundings are very quiet. It is not far from the beach and the main festival venue, within 15 minutes walk, and easy access to public transport. The breakfast was also very good, especially the excellent coffee, which was probably the best and most effective coffee I've ever had!

The French lady was really nice and gave us a warm welcome in her beautiful home. And the breakfast on the terrace was very enjoyable.

It wasn't clear from the description that we will be sharing the flat with the owner.

My friend and I really enjoyed Sylvie's apartment ! It very well located, very designed and very comfortable. Sylvie is a kind woman we enjoyed talking with. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The breakfast is a bit simple, specially according the price we paid for one night.

I really like the place its like a dream apartment in cAnnes and owner of the apartment is the most kind helpful and amazing France lady who made my trip amazing. Will stay there everytime i come to cannes in future Thank you
