Very good location - a few steps from the beach Clean rooms - everyday cleaning from staff Pool facilities Friendly and helpfull staff ( the reception, the restaurant/breakfast room) - nice and pleasant people ( I can mention mrs Maria, ms Daniela from the restaurant) and also the staff from the reception Very good and diversified breakfast I'll book again a stay here when in Rimini.

The location was great. The lobby and room were very nice.

The pool area was kinda small and there was shadow most of the day.

The Hotel was very nice. The staff was helpful end the room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The Hotel is near the beach and the beach was clean.

Everything was great. Cleaning was done every day. Amaizing veiw to sea from balcony. Many restaurants around hotel. Breakfast was good. Super friendly staff, helped to order cheap and comfortable taxi for my departure flight. Many different TV channels, was glad to find the one streaming Champions league :)

We would not be more satisfied. :) The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there just for two nights, but we glad to stay there for the future in Rimini. Moreover the hotel has the best location.

Nothing

The hotel was amazing. We traveled at the end of March / beginning of April, so we got a very good deal. It was the cheapest one that we could find in that area. Very clean, incredible breakfast with lots of options, beds are comfy, even the bunk beds. The rooms are clean. We took a room with a queen bed and a bunk bed. The room with the bunk beds was very small, but it is a great arrangement for a family with 2 kids. The location is perfect, just by the sea and in the back of Grand Hotel Rimini. So perfectly located. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Lots of buss stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was great as well. Loved it!

Nothing really to mention here, especially for the price that we paid. The only thing would be that the cleaning staff was pretty noisy in the morning and they woke us up in one of the mornings when they were doing something in the room next to us. But they kept our room impeccable every day. So cudos to them!

Great friendly & helpful reception staff. Great breakfast with a huge selection. Was fab that it was available until quite late, 11am. In a fairly good location near the beach & short walk from road with a good selection of restaurants. Would have been nice had there had have been a bar & restaurant/room service available on site or open, but the room was good value for money & it was off season so some of these might be offered at other times-there was a small bar, just not open.

Very thin walls & poor sound insulation. For some reason staff were hoovering at 7am in the corridor each morning and a lot of banging doors and loud voices could be heard from other residents which was annoying & didn't lead to the best night's sleep.

the heating was too much. the room was hot and I had to sleep with the open window even if the heater was off. very small bathroom and shower .

The staff was very helpful and polite.

It was nothing fancy, but it wasn’t a fancy price. It did exactly what it needed to do.

Loved the location and the excellent customer service from one of the front desk receptionists. She was the sweetest young lady in all of our 2022 europe trip of 18 cities and 8 countries. We booked for 3 days in different bookings and didn't notice it was for different types of rooms until she mentioned that, so the first night we stayed on a doble room, it was okey and had a side view. But the next day after our breakfast buffet, we were moved to the first suite available, so we didn't have to wait long for our room. And we loved abd and enjoyed this suite with a bigger terrace and ocean view from there and from our hot tub. We are looking forward to visiting again for next year, we highly recommend this property, the buffet is great, and the location couldn't be better.

We missed the pool being open by two days. It was okay though. The other front desk staff was not as friendly as the awesome young lady that checked us in. I wish I could remember her name. Anyway, she could definitely teach them a thing or two.
