Es war eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Es gab eine große Garage, somit hatten wir kein Problem mit dem Parken. Es passten 2 Motorräder und ein Auto hinein. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Apartment empfehlen.

Very spacious and well-appointed for a family with kids. High chair and pack-and-play were at the apartment. Easy access to the lake and to the city. The air conditioning was great after a warm day in the outside.

Great location 10 minutes walk to old Town, parking, good introductory meeting with someone who met us there and explained everything. Washing machine and a balcony to dry clothes. Hired bikes and rode around the lake, a highlight of our French trip.
All facilities and equipment in the kitchen, but no basics such as tea bags, coffee , sugar which would have been nice. If you planned to cook, you'd have to buy oil, etc.

It was a spacious, almost new 2 bedroom apartment and plenty of room for 2 couples and a baby. Cot was provided. A very short walk to the old town centre. Good outdoor patio with table and chairs for 6, indoor furniture good quality and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the kitchen and the apartment exceeded expectations. It was very quiet!
The parking was a bit tricky but manageable and great that we were able to have parking for 2 small cars included in the cost as parking in Annecy is very hard to find at times. The outdoor patio floor hadn't been swept and was a bit messy.

Walking distance to Center. Very good reception , even we could check in in advance.
Very clean and good Kitchen.
Parking place is end of garage. You need to access backwards. If your car is big, not easy to park. (Mine is AUDI A4, it was Ok)

Marc ,,, the owner of the property was so gentle and friendly ,,, everything was perfect with no exception from check in to check out ,,, I followed Mr. Abdulla review from UAE and he was right in everything he said ,,, Thank you Marc and thank you Abdulla from UAE.

Everything was perfect:
- starting from Mr. MARC -the owner of this apartment- such a gentleman who welcomed us & gave us the keys & explained for us everything in the city & show us all places to go in a paper map.
- The Apartment is NEW & has fully fully equipped kitchen & has its own full-automatic washing machine & own balcony sitting area.
- Private free parking is available.
- Quitness.
- Privacy.
- Safety.
- About 400 metres (walking) far from the old city and the lake.
- I wish i did mention everything .. Thanks alot Mr. MARC .. glad to deal with you.
