Große, gut geschnittene moderne Wohnung. Von beiden Schlafzimmern und vom Wohnzimmer Zugang zum Balkon ! Sehr günstiges Frühstück war m.E. voll ausreichend (Semmelsortiment, Marmelade, Käse, Wurst, Obst, Säfte ...). Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Das Studio ist wirklich gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Badezimmer ist gross und hat eine schöne begehbare Dusche. Das Hotel liegt gut. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wasser und Kaffee stehen gratis in der schönen Küche zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist gross und im Flur gibt es einen Schrank mit Safe. Es gab Puschen, Bademantel, Badetuch und Seife inklusive Föhn etc. Der Fernseher im Wohnbereich ist riesig. Eine wunderschöne grosse Terrasse ist auch vorhanden. Das ganze Studio hat elektrische Rollläden und ist gut geheizt.

Die Matratze könnte mehr Höhe vertragen (aktuell +/-23 cm) da die Bretter der Bettmitte gestört haben. Fernseher ist nur im Wohnbereich und leider nur 10 Programme (Sky Programme waren deaktiviert). Schade für die, die gerne im Bett vorm Einschlafen fernsehen. Flecken auf der Wohnzimmer-Couch könnten schnell und leicht entfernt werden.

Die kleine Sauna im Untergeschoss ist gut geheizt und ich hatte sie ganz für mich alleine. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht, ansonsten gibt es einige Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Sehr ruhig und sehr freundlich.

Freundlicher Empfang, Studio gut eingerichtet, viel Platz, barrierefrei, obere Stockwerke mit Aufzug erreichbar, Badehocker wurde zur Verfügung gestellt.

Haltegriff im Bad und bei der Toilette wäre für uns gut gewesen. Hinweis auf Espressomaschine wäre in der Beschreibung sinnvoll gewesen.

Das Frühstück war gut, etwas Abwechslung wäre empfehlenswert. Der abschließbare Raum für unsere E-Bikes und das leichte Erreichen des Sees waren für uns ausschlaggebend.

Das Hotel ist schön, die Umgebung ist aber ein Minuspunkt. Da hat das Hotel aber keinen Einfluss.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, guter Kaffee,sehr gute Brötchen und freundliches Personal.

Es gibt kein Fenster im Bad, um zu lüften

We had booked an apartment and it was very large and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped (pots, pants, cooking utensils, cups, glasses, mugs, eating utensils). Although we didn't use it, there were 2 saunas in the basement that was available for usage. The whole place was very clean and relatively close (short driving distance) to a nearby city for restaurants.

The place was a bit pricey, but for the area, it was still a very good deal.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. Very helpful advice. Liked the local transport ticket.

Excellent clean and high comfort apartments. Delicious breakfast and lovely personel. Grate price for this highly quality apartments. I would give more stars if I could :) We definitely back to this place and we don't want to any other hotels.

Great roomy accommodation with very friendly staff. Little "hotel store" with at-cost basic food. Free, simple bikes very useful.

Really huge new apartments. Only issue which was a big problem is the lack of aircon! It was terribly hot (july) and we could not sleep with open windows due to noise from churchbell every 15 min throughout entire night (seriously!) and a rooster. Also the wifi was poor but everything else was awesome. If it had been cold it would have been perfect! Its not close to town but we had a car.

No aircon….30 degrees inside at night. Wifi poor. Only worked in loungeroom.

The area is nice and quiet, and the staff is nice and polite. The room itself is large, bright with a nice view.

Great location, peaceful and cozy.

We are family of 4, so we had two bedrooms apartment. Thr apartment was so spacious, however, bedroom no.2 was very very tiny for 2 people.

I liked the the kitchen, I was able to cook almost anything. The grocery store was within walking distance (5 min maybe? Guilty, I used the rental car anyways). Cross the traffic light from the grocery store and there's the Wine and Beer bar, that was fun too (great sandwiches). The rooms where cozy, the "mini bar" was not in our apartment, it was a convenient whole room near the entrance of the hotel. There was a bread service delivered to the hotel, good for monings! We had trouble understanding the procedure, but after a failed attempt we discovered you have to leave your container outside the door of the hotel, not your room. Overall it was a nice restful stay.

The balcony door had poblems closing and locking. The wifi was 25Mbps and didn't cover the whole apartment. The router was right there on the hall wall with sapaguetti cables providing an ugly view. The router (with enough range) should have been in a utility closet somewhere, out of view instead. It was incovenient to me not have access to stores in the evening and weekends, and yet I understand and respect this way of life.

The check-in was very easy. Since we arrived late, all the instructions were sent via email in advance. Parking slots are available, you can also park on the street. We had 2 keys for the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean, beds are comfortable. The cleaning was done on a daily basis, and that's great. I forgot my stuff in the room, and the staff found and sent it to me (appreciate it a lot).

The smoke alarm in the room turned spontaneously in the morning, but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue.

terrible organisation and internal communication within the staff of the hotel: we booked 2 apartments and could not enter one of them as the hotel - called the same day twice - forgot to put the keys into the keybox and no one was reachable on the given phone numbers as we arrived!!! we had a terrible stress and had to book in urgency another hotel. the receptionist called me the next day to apologise but I got now a message from the hotel manager saying that they would charge my credit card!!!!

Lovely room. Also near train station and was given complimentary tickets.

Needed more cutlery .

Very spatious and well equipped, great place to stay to visit the area. Quiet and nice. It is newly renovated and everything works great.

Only minor issue is that the internet connection is rather weak, something only important if you have bad weather and end up staying indoors.

Very spacious apartment, large balcony for outside dinner/breakfast, very quiet area yet at 5 mins by car/15 mins by bicycle from Radolfzell city centre. Very friendly staff. Availability of an in-house mini-market (in the absence of breakfast buffet due to Covid measures) with all things necessary for breakfast or light meal. Bakery, supermarket and take-away pizza at 5 min walking distance.

That we only stayed 1 night

The location was great. Close enough to a market, bakery, and walkable to the train station. We loved being able to cook our own meals.

Our room went 2+days with our being cleaned or trash taken out, which was frustrating.
