Very clear communication as to how to collect keys, access property & facilities available.

It was a basement apartment, very clean, well kitted out but was very stuffy at night….mind you temperatures for Villars were not normal for this time of year.

Great location. Well renovated and equipped. Good communication and instructions. Welcome package a nice surprise.

Chalet Balthazar was in the perfect location, very clean, comfortable, great kitchen set up, 1 main bedroom and a sofa bed, clean bathroom. excellent customer service with great communication ahead of and during our stay.

Fantastic location- minutes from shops, spa, train, ski lift . Cosy apartment with a very comfortable bed. Good facilities- no problems. Very helpful host!

Awesome place in the heart of Villars. We got what we were looking for. Very well located next to the train station, the ski schools and ski rentals. Parking place just next to the apartment. All our thanks to David for his warm welcome and hospitality. Absolutely and highly recommended.

We really liked the interiors of the flat, its location - proximity of shops such as Coop and the railway station, - as well as the friendliness and quick response of the owners. They were easy to reach and communicate with. We really loved the whatsapp group they created where any question or concern could be posted by either side. As we stayed during the off-season it was peaceful and beautiful. For those who love to read there are books in English, French and couple of books in Russian available in the flat. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom cosy. The apartment gets lots of sunshine and is bright. Overall a great experience!
