I brought my mom, my daughter and my daughter’s friend for some fun and mainly relaxation for this La Quinta, CA stay. Mark’s place did not disappoint. The property proximity to not one pool but two pools was wonderful, the location of the property was perfect as provided additional quiet being towards the back of the property. Mark’s property fit our needs perfectly, and there was ample enough room for four to move about the cabin and have personal space! Communication was flawless. Would highly recommend to friends and family…can not wait to book again when we are in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area! Another bonus..the condo is located within a 5 minute drive to the La Quinta Resort and Spa!

Nestled against the backdrop of the desert mountains this home was perfect for a peaceful relaxing vacation. The home is situated beside one of the many pools and is clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The complex is gated and manicured beautifully. The hosts have thought of everything and communication was easy and quick. Highly recommend this home.

We loved our Legacy Villas’ stay at Mark’s property. The unit was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. It’s a family paradise with the pool right in front of the patio and tons of baby gear available. It even had pool toys for our use. The good thing is that it is close to the quiet pool so it wasn’t loud at all and you can still relax. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and comfortable. There were tons of extra towels and sheets which is very convenient. The view of the mountains from the patio is gorgeous and so inspiring. Best of all, Mark and Debbie were super accommodating regarding checkin and checkout which is so rare nowadays with owners/hotels being usually strict about such procedures. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful area and wonderful grounds. Location next to pool is perfect. Nice villa for a family.
Improvement suggestions: Would be nice if master bedroom had a king bed. Master bedroom carpet and the couch needed to be cleaned.

Property owner was very accommodating and great with communication. Legacy villas is a favorite of ours. It’s so beautiful. This unit was a little dark, but it was clean and would stay again.

Great visit to a classic Legacy Villas property. Everything was in pristine condition and spotlessly clean. right beside the pool and hot tub. Great spacious interior. Thanks for having us!

Could not have asked for more! Beautiful location. Large Rooms for 4 kids and the dual master set up was perfect for my husband and his parents. Would absolutley stay again

Fantastic communication with owners. Had a wonderful time. The kids loved the bunk room and the villa was plenty spacious for our 2 families. Appreciated being at the far end of Legacy Villas as the mountain backdrop was spectacular. Slightly longer stroll to the main pool complex is the trade off ( still only 3/4 mins!!) but with 2 other pools right next to the villa, it was no problem at all! Thank you for a great stay!!

My family and I stayed here in our first post-covid family getaway and it was perfect for us. The place is well appointed for families with young children. High chair, crib, etc. This particular unit is right next to a pool and and nestled against the mountains. The main pool is quite nice with a little splash park for toddlers. The patio gets wonderful morning sun and the afternoons are nice and shady and cool. Very easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again.

My daughter’s young family stayed in this well appointed villa for a week. The self check in could not have gone smoother! The kids were very comfortable and had everything that they needed for their stay. The pool was right outside their front door and the villa was tucked into the back of the property where it was nice and quiet. They would come back in a heartbeat! Mark was very quick to answer any questions.

Loved our stay in this lovely home. It was very clean, well stocked and the owners were very responsive. For example, the Keurig Coffee Maker wasn't working so they delivered a brand new one. Also the neighborhood is lovely. We will definitely stay there again.

Super great place at the always awesome legacy villas. Great location to small pools and walkable to resort and fun family pool. Easy check in and out.
One request - that I always forget to ask - a step stool. The sinks are high and kids are short making covid hand washing a bit harder .

This home is very comfortable and has a gorgeous view from the patio, family room and indoor dining area. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts were very responsive. Friends stopped by to check out our unit and liked it so much that they requested the link to the property.

Fun for the whole family
I wish all property managers/owners were as communicative and easy to deal with as Mark. What a great experience. Condo is very nice, clean, with minimal issues. Pack n play, pool toys, high chairs all included. Location is perfect, ease to pools and pathways and only a short trip to the main pool. Grounds are well kept and pools are a perfect escape from the heat outside. Highly reccomend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark and Debbie's property at Leagcy Villas. It was clean, organized, and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We loved how close we were to the pool and spent the warm evenings on the beautiful patio. The kitchen was spacious and nicely equipped. Mark and Debbie were absolutely wonderful to work with and the check in process was seamless. We can't wait to return.

Perfect getaway
The house was beautiful. It has a full size fridge and oven, so you can relax at home. There are great restaurants a short drive away.
The villa had several pools, and a fitness center. I skipped the fitness center and just wandered around, looking at all the amazing fountains and pools.
It was a wonderful time.
