This home was the perfect cozy spot to getaway for the weekend! Upon walking in, we were greeted with a welcoming atmosphere. The homey decor was the perfect touch. The space was super clean and stocked with all we might need for the weekend (plates, dishwear, etc.). We enjoyed cooking meals and relaxing on the comfy couch or looking at the gorgeous views outside. The fire pit was also great! We had a fun time making s’mores and sitting by the fire. The place is RIGHT across from the water, making for beautiful views and extremely easy access to the water. It was truly a treat. Bringing the boats to the water was very easy given that it was so close. Due to the time of year we visited (late March/early April) many of the amenities were closed such as the pools, boat rentals, other activities, etc. Given that this was not mentioned on the listing we hadn’t expected not to have access to these features. Nonetheless, we had an absolutely AMAZING stay and plan on returning during the warmer months!

We love this place, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed having breakfast with the lake view. I will recommend and book again in the future.

We loved our stay. The place is clean and very cute. It’s right across from the lake, and the deer definitely are super friendly and are always out and about, which added to the charm.

The house was very cute, comfortable, and cozy. I loved the lights and fireplace, my girlfriend also loved having a coffee bean grinder there. The location right across from the lake was fantastic. The bed we stayed in was very comfortable too. Our plan is to come again in the summertime, so we can really get use of the lake and boats provided. The communication with Jesse ahead of our visit was great, we didn’t need to contact him while there, but I imagine he would be prompt then too.

We had a great time, place is clean, close to many activities (hikes and mountains) and we followed the descriptions of what we needed to bring with us and had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our 3rd time staying here. Just as warm and lovely as always. Jesse is a delight to work with!

The house was perfect for our stay! It was cozy and felt like home, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Jesse was prompt in his response time! The house is very nice, and the location is perfect, especially if you have children. You are only seconds away from the lake, beach, and playground. The inside of the house is splendid. It's a great place to relax, and just enjoy the ambiance. If it's hot out, there are three separate air conditioners, and they all worked wonderfully! We spent most of our time on the big deck in front of the house. We also enjoyed using the deck, grill, and firepit in back of the house. This was our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back again in the future!

The house is wonderful for a family with young children. We enjoyed access to the beach, the backyard, front deck, family meals at the table and family movies on the couch. The only con (which isn't anything within the owner's control) is that teenagers ran rampant on golf carts at night and the parking lot next door was a popular "hangout" for them. It was very distracting when trying to enjoy the front deck at night and a safety concern.

The location of this property was nothing short of perfect. We have three little kids and it was so easy to just walk across the street for the beach/lake and playground. This community was amazing as well! So quiet and peaceful. The owners were quick to respond to any question. The house has everything we needed! We really enjoyed everything about our stay.

Great location and view of lake! Perfect size for the 5 of us :) Too short of stay, did not get to use the nice outdoor firepit with the rain showers. Only wish there was a dishwasher and entry to bathroom not thru kitchen.

This property was so cute! Very clean, updated, perfect Location ! This house is directly across from the beach and lake! There is a very clean bathroom and snack stand at the beach, playground and picnic area that the kids loved. The house came with adult and kid kayaks /life vests for Guest use. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, he even drove up after I alerted him that the grille was broken. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook, grille and make coffee. There is a very nice front and back deck and a nice fire pit area to enjoy out back. Would highly recommend.

Just right for our family of 4, could squeeze another two in if needed. One bathroom. Just across the road from the community beach, shallow lake so mild temps. Kayaks and canoe available with the house, which was nice. We took our 6 and 4 year olds, they had a blast swimming and boating.

Lovely little home. Accommodations were exactly as described.

I wanted to love this place but it fell short. As others mentioned it could have been cleaner. There were broken blinds and shades, grill had to be cleaned in order to use it. Advertised fully equipped kitchen but not true. There wasn’t a knife that would cut anything but soft butter. Two frying pans so worn you couldn’t make eggs in them. I went and brought one so we could have breakfast. Place needs updating. Positive is it is a great location being right across from the lake. Would come back to this location but not this unit.

This is our second time saying at this house and we plan to return again next year. This property is so perfectly located for our family. We love that it is right across the street from the lake and playground. We also love that there is a nice pool so close by. The house is clean and well maintained. The firepit in the back is a nice touch. We had a rainy week but there was still a lot to do in the area. We ended up going to Split Rock indoor water park one of the days it was very rainy. Owners were great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Clean and exactly as described in photos. Living room was cozy with great lighting. Kitchen had everything needed. Beach is across the street. Fire pit was great, but check if there is a burn ban which was lifted after a few days of rain. Road was a little busy on the weekend with lots of traffic to the beach, but it made it interesting. We had a fun few days visit. Cool weather kept us indoors more than we planned. Canoeing was great- appreciate free access to boat. In early summer amenities were a bit underwhelming. Pools were closed during the week which I didn't know until we got there & resort staff couldn't tell me when the pool hours were on weekends. One said 10, but when we got there at 10 on Saturday they said it opens at 11 & that was check out time so we left. Tennis courts only open 8am-noon, bocce courts were full of weeds & not groomed, rental shack for equipment only open weekends as well. For almost $100 in resort fees for 3 days I didn't get much. The cabin was nice & clean & we enjoyed the birds & deer & chipmunks around. No burn due to the drought so we couldn't use the fire pit. I'd consider going again if it was mid summer. Otherwise the resort fees are too high for basically nothing. Jesse was great to deal with. Very responsive. We had fun despite a few disappointments with the resort which was not the fault of the owners but I would have liked to have been informed that pools & rental shack were closed until late June during weekdays.

My friends and I had the best time here. It was right across from the lake. Kayaks included in price. Beautiful, safe and relaxing area. Exactly like pics. Excellent communication with owner.

House was nice and cozy. Perfect for our family of six. Located within walking distance to the beach lake it was perfect for my little ones to go play at the beach and playground. We cooked most of our meals at the house and everything we needed to cook our meals was available. Kids loved the firepit and roasting marshmallows over the fire. Highly recommend staying here.

Cozy, little cabin. Great for bachelorette parties. Would love to come in the fall.

My stay at the arrow lake was great!! Cleaning could’ve been improved just a lil but besides that everything was great.

Truly a beautiful home. Cannot say one bad thing about this place. It was absolutely perfect! We had a snow storm and the owners had us dig out the morning of so quickly. Everything was great! Looking forward to returning
