We had a wonderful time! The view from this house is spectacular. The house is great and very well stocked with almost anything you would need for your stay. The walk to the dock was a little difficult for us late 50 early 60 year olds but we all made it at least once a day. Kevin is a great host and quickly addressed any of our concerns. If given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again. Enjoy your stay!

We’re live from all around the country but our roots are in Arkansas. Perfect spot for togetherness in the best beauty that Northern Arkansas has to offer. Plus, the house is perfectly set up for multiple guests and the layout directs the eye to all the natural beauty around. The boat house with use of kayaks and canoe, the fire pit on the rock outcropping with comfy chairs and a frog symphony raised the bar even more. Thank you, Kevin and Kathy.

This was the perfect spot for a family getaway and wedding reception. My son was married at Thorncrown. We had the reception at this beautiful location and then stuck around for a few days of family R&R.. would return in a heartbeat! Perfect hosts and a beautiful view!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed. The house is clean, the bedrooms were a good size, and the beds were comfortable. We were able to bring a pontoon and a ski boat and park it at the dock. Very convenient! Kevin always responded to my questions and is very helpful.

Our family of 13 had an amazing time at “the view”. More than enough room for us to hang out, play games, take naps or just enjoy the views. The dock was by far our favorite place. Swimming, kayaking and a pontoon rental for the day gave all of us the get away we looking for. We will be back!!!

This was our second trip to this home and definitely will be back for a third! The check in process couldn’t be easier and the house is stocked with everything we need and then some. Beautiful private location within a short 20 minute drive to the historic downtown. Private dock with kayaks and paddle boards. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view on deck. Very clean, and hosts were awesome. We had 11 ladies and everyone had a nice place to sleep.

One of the most fabulous views of one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever seen.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Something different than the beach or mountains, yet it had both! The seclusion and privacy provided the escape from the madness of the world and we felt like we were the only ones around to just chill out and enjoy the view, the private dock, the fishing, kayaking, happy hours on the incredible rock cliff outcropping and not to mention nightly fires for s’mores under the stars at night. Every morning I was up early to cast my line in the water as the fish were jumping and I had the cove all to myself to watch the day begin on the lake. The wife and kids would eventually make it down to the dock and we would have breakfast on the lake. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. My teenage son enjoyed his own space downstairs while my daughters hung out on the top floors leaving the master suite and bathroom to me and my wife. The wrap around porch was big enough to host our nightly dinners at sunset and then a round of corn hole afterwards. The Koi pond with running water over the natural rocks was very zen-like and the bullfrog choir at night provided for some interesting sounds and laughs. Steve our host was very friendly and helpful when we rented the pontoon boat for the afternoon which was on a second dock next to the private dock and was extremely convenient and we all enjoyed getting out on the lake and exploring the many coves. Be sure to ask him where the “Castle Cove” is and head there for a cool view. We also spent a day of eating, shopping and sightseeing in the gorgeous town of Eureka Springs which was great and only a 30 minute drive. What a cool town. We really enjoyed everything about this place and have bookmarked it as one of our all-time favorites. Who knew you could get away from it all in the NW corner of Arkansas!

The Waterfront View property is absolutely perfect. The views are truly amazing! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and easily accommodated our family. The owner's attention to detail...from the bed linens and furnishings to the automatic timers, made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We will definitely be returning!

The owners went out of their way to rearrange the docks so I could park my 23 foot wakeboarding boat comfortably. Like others have stated, the walk down to the dock is steep. Going down isn’t so bad but you will be winded on the way up. We were all in good shape so it was not a big deal for us but yes, it would be hard for elderly people or if you have to carry a kid up. It’s at least 20 minutes from any restaurants but the location is worth the drive. I would definitely return to this property again. The kids loved the video games in the basement and there is tons of sitting room in the main living area. It was our first time at Beaver Lake and we loved the lake itself. We did wakeboarding, wakesurfing and tubing the whole week.

The place was nicely arranged and spacious inside, but the wow factor was the view outside from the porch or the fireplace overlook! We had young men that had trouble with the twin beds as they are both over 6 feet tall, the basement may be more suited for children.

The walk down to the swimming deck provided me with a very good workout, which I happen to appreciate :) And the water, it is so beautiful and because the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing every day - it was the best! Really, there are so many details that made staying at 'The View' enjoyable, it is difficult to recount them all. Mostly, I'm going to miss sitting on the porch first thing in the morning watching the sun rise over the water with a cup of coffee. Thank you Kevin for a most lovely and memorable stay!!!

My husband and I stayed at this one-of-a-kind property to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. Everything about our trip exceeded my expectations, and I had high expectations based on the photos on Vrbo. Firs of all, the view is spectacular. We spent hours of our trip just sitting on the deck or the private dock simply appreciating the beauty of our surroundings. The location on Beaver Lake is perfect. We rented the pontoon boat for the day and had an amazing time swimming and exploring the coves. My husband fished while I did paddle boarding. At the end of each day, we'd come home and enjoy sunset wine on the porch. To say I didn't want to leave this paradise would be an understatement. We can't wait to return. This has become our new favorite getaway and will definitely be an anniversary tradition. Thank you to Kevin and the team for making our vacation so special. -Josh & Lisa
