Loved every minute of it and it was just as advertised. Great location to run in to Key West or up to Big Pine Key. Hot Tub wouldn't heat up but probably faulty heating element but not a big deal. Great property with many nice amenities. We would def. stay again.

The house was everything as pictured. There was plenty of room for the whole family to gather hang out and be comfortable. However, The first night we were there, we noticed ants on the walls and around the kitchen countertops, and also noticed rat droppings around the kitchen as well. We messaged the host immediately and the next day the property manager was out at the property to treat the bugs inside and out. Unfortunately we did have to throw some food out after the first night because of ants/rat. Totes were provided for our food and sticky traps were provided for the rat. Most of the ants seemed to go away, but we still found ourselves killing them throughout the stay. On the 3rd morning of our stay, we woke up to a live rat on one of the sticky pads. We then became hyper vigilant about any other things around the house. We noticed droppings/dead ants in the bedrooms and along floor boards. Not the experience you want on vacation. Very dissatisfied, I notified the host again on night 4 of our stay. The next day an exterminator was sent out. We were away when they arrived so I’m not sure what all was done. I did notice multiple traps set around the exterior of the home. The host was very responsive and acted quickly to help as much as possible. He is well aware of our experience and seems dedicated to make it right for future vacationers, judging by the quick responses and actions. We did enjoy the home, but these events left us with an overall negative experience.

This house was just at presented on VRBO. We had a large family vaca and it was perfect . Everyone enjoyed using the kayaks , pool and hot tub.

This house is perfect for hosting a big group! Great restaurants nearby, not far from key west, and an awesome pool and dock!

We had the best time and hope to be back! Communication with the owner was easy when we needed, the pool was very clean and warm, the kayaking was beautiful! The house had plenty of parking, clean blankets and sheets, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen… we’ve stayed in many rentals and this was great! Even had supplies for smaller children.

1 year ago my wife and I were married in at this house. It wonderful to return and celebrate our one year anniversary. Wonderful place and great location. Huge thank you to John and Sam.

We enjoyed everyti g about the house, especially the wonderful pool and kyaks.

We had a full house and really enjoyed our stay. There are several kayaks to use. The kids enjoyed the pool and Grandma loved the deck looking over the ocean.

The house and location was perfect, it was great for a group. There was tons of space and the house was fully stocked.

We loved our stay here. Can't think of a better place to stay when visiting the Keys.

Property was beautiful and owners very accommodating. We loved the local restaurants, Square Grouper our favorite and had slice of paradise pizza was very good and delivered everything we ordered in timely manner. We us the transmit to visit key west and picked it up on 2 minute walk from the house for only $4 a person.

We absolutely loved this house and everything about it. It was a little difficult to find the light switches (we never did find the one for the pool), but we managed. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because the pool wasn’t so clean, but the house was immaculate! Would absolutely stay there again ☺️

Our family had plenty of space and activities to do while staying here. Loved being just a short drive into Key West for dinner. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back in the future.

We all had a blast, highly recommend this property for families! Super close to Key West and Bahia Honda state park, 2 highlights of our trip. Square Grouper is a must stop for amazing food and excellent service. Overall a wonderful experience, thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us.

Fishing, snorkeling, diving,beaching and a lot of eating. Loved the place.

Everything is there for your family. Games, pool, kayaks, grill, laundry, dishes. 30 min from Key West. Our family of 12 fit this perfectly.

Lots to do very manageable locations!

We couldn’t of asked for a better place. The back deck, pool, hot tub, view, kayaks were so wonderful. I love to cook and the kitchen was so well stocked. The homeowners were so accommodating we are very thankful to have stayed at the home. I would definitely recommend this home anyone. And we look forward to coming back.

We loved the place. Plenty of room for our group and we had one issue with a door and i contacted the owner and it was fixed QUICK. love love loved it.

11 of us enjoyed 5 days at this beautiful home one the water. It’s close to lots of adventures such as kayaking the mangroves, snorkeling and charter fishing. They provided bikes and there are trails nearby. Great food at the Square Grouper less than 5 minutes away. The owner was super prompt to answer any questions before and during our stay. Great experience all around!

We have rented a couple different homes in the area, but this one has been the best. If you have a big family with children this is the house for you. We spent many days in the pool. The sand downstairs provides shade for the little ones. The dock is a fun activity. You never know what you’ll see down there. Kayaks were great. They have almost every kitchen utensil you will need for cooking. It was perfect. There are definitely a couple things needing some updating, but you can tell they are working on improving. It was worth every penny for us. We are working on discussions of renting this house again. Thank you!

Location was beautiful, we saw fish and sea turtles off the dock. Kayaks were great, and snorkeling was wonderful just a few yards from the dock. The swimming pool and floating toys were used daily by all ages 3 to 65. The Broil restaurant across the hiway is one of the best places we ate.

We had a wonderful visit and are beyond pleased with the accommodations and amenities. Highly recommended!

House was exactly as explained on VRBO. Enjoyed the layout of the house, very homey for my entire family. Enjoyed the updated kitchen and especially the outdoor deck looking over the pool. Deck was perfect for a one-year-old, could not fit through the railing and actually enjoyed not having steps going down to the pool off the back side. Very private feeling home even off of Route 1. Thank you for the day!

The house is great. Love the layout and plenty of room for everyone. The location is awesome and loved the pool and hot tub. It would be nice to have some stairs down to the pool and dock off the back deck. Everyone in our group loved it and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this place. I hope to come back again soon!

My only critique for the property is they need to install a staircase off the back

We had a family gathering for a week and Palm Breezes was perfect for us. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Property and pool were lovely and well kept. A John was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family had a really nice time at your house in the keys. Fantastic location and there are so many great amenities at your house. Enormous space, beautiful pool, excellent view and easy to work with owners. The only opportunity we saw was a few aspects of the house need some work.

Awesome property, great location, owner and property manager were very helpful and accommodating. Took care of any small issues quickly. Definitely stay there again!

We rented the house for a family reunion and it was great! There was lots of space and the location was great. I really liked that the pool had a safety fence and the only way down to the pool was in the front of the house. The house was clean and mostly updated- perfect for a trip with kids. We rented a boat from Cudjoe Key Boat Rental (Dillion) that we were able to keep at the dock, and made a few trips into Key West. Everyone had a great time at the house!
