Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, der wirklich bemüht ist und aktuell die Wohnung umbaut.. Empfehlungen zum Parken, Restaurants und allen was du brauchst - wirklich toll! Die Dusche ist riesig, das Wasser heiß. Für den Zustand des Mehrparteienhaus (Hausflur bemalt, Haustür schließt nicht, Müll in den Außenanlagen) kann der Vermieter sicherlich nichts. Er bemüht sich, die Wohnung Stück für Stück umzubauen - vor meiner Ankunft ist beispielsweise ein neues Linoleum in den Kochflur der Wohnung verlegt und eine neue Arbeitsplatte und zwei Herdplatten eingebaut worden, alles in der Wohnung wirkt neu und sauber, da blickt man über eine spartanische Einrichtung gerne hinweg.

Wenn am zweiten Morgen dann aber Kakerlaken auf dieser neuen Platte und den Wänden laufen, ist die Stimmung im Keller. Im Bad ohne Fenster funktioniert aktuell die Lüftung nicht, sodass die Handtücher nicht trocknen - gleichzeitig wurde das Bad frisch saniert. Eine Nachttischlampe wäre nett, - die einzige Beleuchtung im Schlaf-/ Esszimmer wird als Deckenlampe an der Zimmertür geschaltet Ich bin insgesamt sehr zwiegespalten, denn hier gibt sich der Vermieter echt Mühe aus der Wohnung etwas zu machen...

The apartment is clean, light and very close to the tube station.

Very nice room with kitchen, refrigerator, balcony. So comfortable to stay, you feel like home.

I wish the subway was a little bit closer. :) But still not so far away, so it is fine.

Me and my wife stayed in the apartment for 5 days to visit the Nuremberg Toy Fair. We found the apartment very clean, and had everything that we needed. It's just about 8 minutes walk from the underground and it's surrounded with 3 super markets. One of the supermarkets it's literally in front of the apartment. There are also several very good restaurants and pizzerias in the area, just few meters away. The owners are very friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely choose to stay here at my next visit. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant one.

Everything was super good

Great accomodation in a well organised appartment. It was very clean and spacious. Pickup of the keys was really easy. The host was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook your own meal. The bathroom is modern and new, there is a clothes washing machine installed as well. There are 3 supermarkets really close, the one of them is just next door. The metro station is in a 5min walking distance. Bus stop just outside of the building. Various restaurants nearby. There is a big TV in the appartment. Heating of the appartment is more than enough. I could easily describe it as a 5-star appartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Easy to get the key, you have to call one hour before arrival and they will be waiting for you at the appartment. Nice and clean appartment. Good value for the money.
