Das Haus hat eine Generalüberholung und einen Großputz nötig. Das Geschirr war oft schmutzig. Das Personal im Restaurant war teilweise unfreundlich oder unaufmerksam. Viele Fertigprodukte kamen zum Einsatz, vor allem beim Dessert.

Good food and great friendly staff. Relaxed and comfortable. Good facilities.

La atención del personal

El Hotel necesita de una reforma. La moqueta ni es estética ni higiénica. La instalaciones necesitan de un buen mantenimiento y nuestra impresión es que esta escaso de personal. La hamacas amanecen reservadas aunque no está permitido, y el entorno se encuentra rodeado de vasos vacíos así como de colillas. Las rejillas de la piscina se ven sucias y desprenden olor a bajante.

The hotel ground floor and lobby and eating area and where all the shows area was alright but very much out dated. The pictures that you see is just from the opening maybe 20 years ago

For 4stars hotel very disappointed. I stayed in 3* and had much better conditions. We had ants in the bathroom and coming in the room. Many of them. The carpets again from 20 years ago. The cleaning was coming very late in the afternoon and the towels I think they have changed it 2 times in 7 days.

Food excellent

Entertainment: no pianist and only 3 nights of musicians in small bar downstairs, last year was every night

The beds were really hard the rooms were dusty and dated, food was awful

Huge airy hotel with all rooms angled towards the pools and distant sea. Every room balcony gets the sun for the majority of the day, morning till dusk. The three glass elevators really make traveling to and from the rooms a joy. The pools are huge and there is plenty of space for lounging in the sun. The breakfast is good and the evening meals even better. On my four nights I enjoyed steak, lamb chops, chicken, pork a different selection of two soups per night and some rather appetising desserts.

The heated pool needs the bottom resurfacing which has been done well in the huge non heated pool. The evening meal does not come with a non alcoholic beverage if you are half board. Also when dining alone the staff like to point this out to you each night by asking "Are you dining alone?" They then proceed clear away the glass and cutlery of your imaginary friend!

The staff - did their best to make sure we had the best experience. The cleaning lady really made a difference. A really good deal for the price.

The hotel is somewhat old, it's natural for some stuff to not work. Nevertheless, everything in our room worked as expected, if you exclude the dusty AC. Only one swimming pool was heated. The food we got, breakfast and dinner, was okay overall. Sometimes it would be okay, but most of the time it meant defrosted veggies and mediocre pastries. The cooked meat had no taste, but I guess it makes sense since every person has their preference of salt and pepper quantity.

The interior is spacious and airy with lots of hanging plants. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were of a good size, with a good view.

Location a little far out from the sea.
