Location was very good/central, staff very friendly and helpful. Plus motorcycles parking.

We were on a motorcycle tour, I booked hotel Jacques as it has motorbike parking. It’s only a small room but does the job perfectly. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and helpful

Central location in Jaca. Friendly. Relaxing. Good breakfast. Handy restaurant next door. Still serving good food late into the evening. So good I stayed a second night.

Hard to think of things I didn't like. No onsite parking. They have a €13 pn deal 300 m away. I parked in Tourist Parking above the Fort for free and walked 600m.

For biker this place is a must,great location, storage for your bikes and very competitive prices

The man at reception was really nice and helpful. He allowed us to store our bikes in our room as we had a very early check out (5am). The place is centrally located

What a trip up to Jaca,absolutely stunning !! We are bikers and parking up was so easy in a busy little street in their own car park,in fact there were quite a few bikers staying over. Lovely comfortable room,lovely welcome.

You forget that restaurants don't open until 8 - 8.30 and we were hungry. Young girl in the hotel restaurant was unhelpful and rude,we felt that she was laughing at us. We ended up having horrible chicken finger things with crisps and the menu was in Spanish and she wasn't up for helping us....such a shame

Great host, welcomed us at the door, helped with securing my motorcycle in the the private garage. lovely room, nice bar and tapas.

Secure parking for my motorcycle. Central location easy to walk around Jaca. Room and food are great value.
