Prachtige locatie met heel vriendelijk personeel. Super ontbijt.

It was clean and the location was great.

Had to wait over 24 hrs for one mug to my room. I needed to put medication in the fridge and they charged me.

Staff are amazing so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, all very polite, professional and friendly. Very personalised service thank you to all the staff at Polat renaissance.

Location is the only downfall nothing much to do in the area except for a few restaurants and cafes

Superb views of Sea of Marmara- worth asking for a room with a sea view. Friendly polite staff. Great breakfasts. Great value for money.

On arrival, reception staff appeared to debit my credit card with the full amount plus an extra 50%. I questioned this and they said it was to cover any additional spending such as bar bills and food. When I got home I checked my cedit card statement and the original surplus had been removed. It did cause me some anxiety and could have been better explained when we checked in.

reservasyonda bloke edilen miktar hotelden ayrılalı 4 gün oldu hala kaldırılmadı !! ayrılırken recepsiyondaki arkadas kalkacagını söyledigi halde . Kahvaltı hayal kırıklıgı bu paraya göre ve cay berbat !!! Yatak berbat sünger galiba belim agrıdı !

Le professionalisme,l'organisation,la propreté,l'amabilité. Celà représente un coût,dont vous avez largement le retour. Ne kadar para,o kadar köfte.
