At der ikke var aircondition. Og at udbygningen på gulvet i badeværelset stak så meget ud, at jeg var ved at falde over den 4-5 gange, når jeg havde i sinde at gå ud døren.

Frühstück war top, Kaffeautomat für die Gäste rund um die Uhr kostenlos im Flur zur Verfügung. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal welches sich richtig Mühe gemacht hat mir zu helfen, obwohl mein Englisch sich eher auf Ottoniveau bewegt. Wir fahren seit Jahren schon zum Badmintonturnier in Odense dahin, das Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis ist optimal, die Halle und Odense Zentrum sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Hotel sehr zentral gelegen, es liegt aber an der Hauptstraße und an der Polizeistation incl. nächtlichem Tatü-Tata. Gelegentlichen Straßenlärm muss man daher in Kauf nehmen, stört aber nur sehr ruhebedürftige Menschen. Wenn man ein Zimmer zum Hof oder an der Seite erwischt hat, ist es total ruhig. Abgeschlossene Parkplätze am Hotel verfügbar, diese sind aber sehr eng was mit einen größerem Auto und bei Vollauslastung schon mal gewisses Fahrgeschick erfordert.

Mir wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer nicht per Kreditkarte wie bei Booking.com hinterlegt bezahlt wurde, also habe ich vor Ort das Zimmer bezahlt. Jetzt wurde die Kreditkarte doch noch zusätzlich belastet. Es ist jetzt ein wenig ärgerlich, da ich die Doppelzahlung bei Visa reklamieren musste. So was passiert aber schon mal im Tagesgeschäft und schmälert die Bewertung des Hotels nicht im geringsten.

Great little hotel in a very central location. Rooms were small but well equipped. Very clean .Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice to have breakfast included in the room rate. We had a lovely room on the top floor which had the benefit of access to the room terrace, which was appreciated in the warm summer weather.

Good location with easy access to town centre. Free coffee and tea was a nice touch. Drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic available from reception, also snacks available. Nice common areas. Breakfast was good.

A bit of a small room with quite dated decor. Our room was on a busy noisy road but the windows blocked out the noise well. Not enough parking available, we were very lucky to get a spot arriving quite early.

Very good breakfast, location is within a walkable distance from tram stop and the old center, check in was smooth. Cleaning is every day, Rituals bath amenities, very quiet room.

There were somewhat too warm on the top floor rooms, the room/pillows were dusty and caused allergy symptoms in the morning, only two hangers in the room.

I really liked the atmosphere at the hotel. Had a friendly and warm vibe in the common areas, the own room was great and big, breakfast was great with many good options and also allergy and diet friendly.

The room was super stuffy and there was mold in the entire bathroom. The mold was especially a lot in the shower and around the toilet (floors/walls/corners etc.). Shower was still dirty with scale and overall not clean. The worst thing was the noise, you can hear everything. The conversation of the neighbors, people in the hallway and people walking the stairs. If you wanted to open the window because it was so stuffy, you had the noise of the big street. Went to mention it to the reception, but the answer was. There will be no rooms that are quieter, so it's best to stay in your current room. Here are some earpluggs (?!). Seems that they got this complaint many times before. Overall, we will not be coming back to this hotel!

Breakfast was fantastic

Everything was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so polite and professional. The room nice and clean and comfy, we had a good rest. And the hotel is close to both train station and the city center. Thank you!

No dinner at hotel. As I was tired from my work everyday I did not prefer to go out for dinner everyday. So it was little annoying that they didn't serve dinner at hotel. Also the lighting was very poor in my room.

Reception upstairs and had to go to the restaurant for keys and initially there was a language barrier. In the morning the directions to the breakfast area and reception were not very clear, but found them eventually.
