Bel hôtel très esprit hygge, idéalement situé avec un personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. Le restaurant est également très appréciable Possibilité de louer des vélos pour les excursions un peu plus lointaines.

Des machines à café dans les chambres seraient un plus.

Good location, room was quiet and comfortable. Nice breakfast, and staff were all very friendly.

The room was small, and overlooking the internal courtyard and restaurant was a bit odd, with bright lights just outside the window.

The staff was busy but very attentive

Elevator didn’t work and sometimes the wooden key didn’t work and we didn’t like the smell of smoke came up the stair case from outside cafe

Room not perfect clean, loud short noises during night, probably from pipes and light in bathroom to dark.

THis hotel is very high class and centrally located

At check-out I had two breakfasts charged which I did not take. The reception agent had no answer for this serious mistake from the hotel. Basically, anybody can just mention a room number without being checked. This is due to poor Management.

We loved the location, the hotel feel and service but having more space, privacy and flexibility of having an apartment with a kitchen....feet from the hotel itself for dining and breakfast when you don't want to self cater.

Having some tea-towels and cleaning equipment, for washing up, tidying up after children in general and maybe a washing machine for those longer stays.

room was v small (small double) in the eaves on top floor so could hardly stand up

The breakfast was excellent, well laid out easy to navigate. The roof terrace was a lovely relaxing space to enjoy a glass of wine. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Evan in the Shrimp Bar.

The pillows were a bit flat. The shelves above the toilet proved a bit tricky if the toilet seat was up; I had to fish out a few caps from my toiletries.

The hotel was very nice, very close to what is in the pictures and the location was excellent!

The bed frames in some small deluxe rooms were extremely small, could barely fit 2 people together. We asked for a different room and while at first one of the employees told us the frames are the same in each room, thankfully and after some pressure another employee gave us a different room with a normal sized bed. However the mattresses and pillows remain uncomfortable in all rooms.

very central, staff was nice. breakfast buffet was a big plus. room was cozy and room temperature easy to adjust.
