The setting was fabulous, room beautiful and the breakfast wonderful

The place was extremely clean and very warm as was there in early April.

Room and bathroom was a little small, however, the place was clean and welcoming. The breakfast more than made up for the size of the room. The food was excellent! Would definitely visit again.

Friendly staff , good quality food . Value for money . We brought our dog last minute, and he was given his own basket of dog beer , food bowls, etc . Power shower in ensuite, which was amazing.

the area it’s in, the lovely little Charles town. very close to the sea.

unfortunately our room/ bathroom didn’t quite look like the pictures, the room was fine and bed was comfy but the bathroom was about the size of my daughters pencil case. i couldn’t end over to rinse my face under the tap without hitting my bum on the opposite wall. this is only a minor negative as the rest is lovely

The shower was poor

We arrived later than we expected and the bar area was very full of guests, but there was no problem with getting us into our rooms and assistance was offered with the bags. This was perfect after a long day's travelling. The rooms are really comfortable and warm and we slept well on very comfortable hotel beds. Breakfast was well beyond expectation, with more than enough choice for everyone. The were guests at a wedding on Charlestown harbour, so the Rashleigh was perfect as everything was within walking distance. The staff of the Rashleigh were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. On our day of departure we had to leave by 5am (too early for breakfast). The management, after finding out that we had an early start, arranged for a basket of fruit to be left outside our room for our journey. We definitely chose the right hotel!

Access was up stairs wit 2 suitcases this made life a little difficult as there was no lift

conveniently placed for our visit to The Eden Project

Attention of the breakfast staff was very slow had to go and ask for tea

Good location and reasonable value for Cornwall in August. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
