Hughie the singer is a great act and we enjoyed most of our Friday night because of him.
Rowdy Cork City FC coaching staff boozing night before game. Advertised wrong on booking.com . Understaffed. Microwaved barfood. Dirty bathroom. Noise outside bedroom causing sleep deprivation. Cleaning staff banging around hallway @ 08.30. Missing items on breakfast order. No food/room-service after 9pm. Not 3-star, let alone 4-star.

It was ok
I didn't like the location of my room which was by the elevator and the doors to the stairwell which slammed shut loudly each time it was used.

Beautiful hotel, with modern and cosy decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and a good shower. Nice pool, sauna, hot tub, and changing facilities. There was ample parking and the grounds outside were well kept. I couldn't compliment the dinner enough, it was fabulous.

We had a very pleasant two night stay, everything was excellent,staff very friendly and helpful,our room was so comfortable and very quiet,we were upgraded and were so pleased,Couldn't praise this hotel highly enough,We will definitely be back again d v
But far for a walk into town but we found local bus ,so that's that sorted, Couldn't find fault with anything

The staff all about the hotel were exceptional from the the girls that cleaned the rooms to reception so friendly and helpful top marks to ye all ,not forgetting the bar manager need more like him in other hotels .Will definitely be back thank you all for a wonderful few days...

Fantastic hotel. Best food of all 4 star hotels I've stayed in. Best fry up for breakfast and the roast beef dinner was outstanding. Beautiful colours and paintings. Lobby and bar fabulous.

Super hotel, comfortable room! Very helpful reception staff. I stayed during December during the 'big freeze' and the staff had an extra heater in my room within 5 minutes of requesting extra heat. Great breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The colour scheme and decor throughout the hotel is both eye catching and relaxing at the same time. The bedroom was very conveniently located for us and was also very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All of the food that we ate at the hotel was of a high quality and standard.
The dinner in the hotel restaurant was overly expensive, per course. The heating in the bedroom was switched off and it was slightly cold in the room at night and it was also cold the following morning.

Bathroom felt a bit grubby - grout between tiles looked dirty, and shower head needed a good clean.
Room service very expensive - €10 extra charge to have a pizza brought up to room.
