Excellent établissement de standing 4*, niché dans Honfleur. Un très bon accueil, au téléphone et sur place. L'ensemble du personnel est toujours à l'écoute, très professionnel et toujours très aimable. Le petit déjeuner au buffet est incroyable, que des produits frais et locaux. Le dîner au restaurant le tourbillon est sensationnel, une carte élaborée avec soins . Nous avons également effectué un soin au Spa, ce fut parfait.

为了尤金.布丁的故居博物馆而来，小镇意外地美丽。酒店在最好的位置，门口就是木质的老教堂和钟楼，步行到港口5分钟，可以坐游船。周边密布各种餐厅，但酒店一楼的就很棒。得到的房间似乎和booking上下单的不一样，但窗外正好是楼顶的两只猫塑像，因为有趣也就这样吧。

浴缸缺个扶手。通外房间的楼梯又窄又陡，走廊是声控灯忽明忽暗地。想着幸亏现在来，年纪再大可不敢住了。

A beautiful and historic building. It’s a small medieval labyrinth. Absolutely charming. And the breakfast was out of this world, absolutely fabulous. Staff was absolutely friendly and welcoming, even when most couldn’t speak English.

It would be great to have the menu for the spa translated in English. I do speak several languages, French isn’t one of them. English would be the current standard I get through all over the world. That should be a minimum effort, even if I accept that most French, even staff in hotels with international guests, can’t speak it.

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux du personnel (merci particulièrement à Clémence!) dans cet hôtel absolument charmant, une décoration chaleureuse et typique sans négliger le confort, petit-déjeuner absolument délicieux et localisation tout simplement idéale! Merci à l'équipe pour ce très beau séjour.

Le parking privé est effecivement tout près, néanmoins c'est un petit peu de marche avec les bagages (pas de chance pour nous, le samedi matin est jour de marché et nous ne pouvions donc pas nous stationner devant l'hôtel pour les déposer).

Petit-déjeuner SOMPTUEUX. Restaurant de très grande qualité également. Literie formidable. Chambre standard d'une propreté exemplaire et très cosy. Personnel extrêmement aimable et souriant. Ma petite escapade en solo a été un moment d'exception. Je recommande vivement !

Souci de chasse dans la suite junior qui n'a pas pu être résolu lors de notre séjour. Sinon rien à dire de plus.

Nothing !!! This is the worst hotel and staff ever. Radison should be ashamed from this hotel and STAFF.

Staff very rude. Rooms and toilets very dirty. Very noisy . Very old and smelly carpet and not most importantly not sanitized. No closet in my room . Waiters and all staff very disrespectful

Location is fabulous and reception on arrival (Steven) was wonderful, so helpful and friendly - he remembered our names and was just there to assist at all times. Also the ability to park safely was great.

Central location, good size room with high ceilings and wodden beams, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice welcoming touch at the room.

No elevator, no parking at the premises but further away, tiny toilet/bathroom.

Nothing Rooms NO AIR CONDITIONER. So, for that we need to sleep with the room's windows opened, which facing the main street, and anyone can see us at all the time, also the hotel sign illumination facing the rooms and illuminate us all night long. "Quiet relaxing atmosphere and privacy for the amount of money that we paid". hahaha

Everything: Rooms no close enough, different floors, neither have privacy, very unpleasant to sleep at night, at least in summer for the reasons explained above. Staff very rude, with a couple exceptions, no demands or request can be accommodated, and the check out is at 11:00 am, not at noon as every other hotel in the world. Lucky that I gave a 5

location, view, breakfast, and staff were wonderful. They were also very accommodating and allowed me to leave my bag after checkout, and later charge my phone in a common area before departing.

I knew there wouldn’t be air conditioning when I booked the room, but it was very warm and the fan didn’t help that much. Also, the hair dryer in the bathroom did not work well (it turned on initially but then stopped after a few seconds).

Airco did not work as it should be. The room had no minibar fridge. And I had to Pay 80 euro's in preautotization per Day, they told that this is for the extra's??

everything. the villa is gorgeous, intimate and yet perfect. parking space is just in its courtyard. straight in the city Center but without the busyness of the hotel. we will absolutely come back. one of the best places I’ve ever been

Incredible location, on the same square as the famous wooden church and about a block from the port. Room was very clean and the bathroom was very large, staff was very welcoming.

An elevator would have been nice. But it wasn’t a big deal. I would absolutely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I return to Honfleur.

Handy location for walking into town, very clean nicely furnished room, comfy bed.

Location for driving to is extremely challenging. Very limited space in front of hotel .You have to drop your luggage then drive to the parking location. We were given the wrong directions by Receptionist, ended up down a one way street, scraped the car enroute as all streets are very narrow. Then had a fair walk away from hotel on cobbled streets to our accommodation with luggage as they have room in different locations which we weren’t aware of and a large spiral staircase to schlepp luggage up. Didn’t feel very luxurious.

This hotel has other properties dotted all over the beautiful port town of Honfleur - you can book and entire house or a cottage - so many great options. We stayed in "Le Jardin" an old girl's school a little way up the Hill. A very lovely room in all respects. No air conditioning, which usually won't be a problem as in the courtyard and up the hill you can open all the windows and not be disturbed. How it would have been down in the church square with plenty traffic noise, I don't know, but could be rather hot with windows closed! Le Jardin also has three wonderful meeting rooms that I'd love to use one day. Staff super nice and helpful. Parking was OK, I think usually would be OK.

Their in-house restaurant was about as contemptuous of vegetarians as any we found in Honfleur, that's why my score isn't a straight 10, and that's why we didn't even take breakfast there, as we didn't want to patronise an eatery that doesn't seem to realise that vegetarians exist and should be catered for. They need to get into the 21st century!

The staff were magnificent and the breakfast was beautifully presented.

Being woken after heading to bed early on two consecutive nights by false fire alarms. The WiFi was useless Coffee machines at breakfast that used pods and were slow.
