Die Codekarten für die Zimmertür haben 2-mal in Folge nicht funktioniert. Das Servicepersonal hat aber freundlich und verständnisvoll reagiert.

El hotel es muy bonito porque es un antiguo matadero, había poca gente y nos mandaron a la otra punta del hotel como a un edificio nuevo y era un poco complejo llegar, pero las habitaciones eran grandes y se estaba bien.
Estuvimos 3 noches y no vinieron a hacernos la habitación ninguna noche, incluso tuvimos que ir a pedir papel higiénico porque no quedaba. Había un bar en el lobby y siempre cerrado, el hotel estaba muy desangelado.
Tenía también restaurante para cenar pero solo pudimos cenar 1 de las 3 noches porque los otros días estaba cerrado.

Weite Wege und nur bedingt die Möglichkeit die Treppe zu benutzen. Fernsehempfang extrem schlecht. Ohne Störung nur rund fünf Sender

Wir sind zum wiederholten mal im Offenbach Plaza und waren immer recht zufrieden.
Wir finden das Frühstück immer gut, gute Auswahl, aber der Preis ist mit 21€ / Person zu hoch. 16, 17, maximal 18€ wäre nach unserer Meinung passender.

Sehr gute Lage für Events in der Stadthalle! Nicht mal 25 Minuten zu gehen ist da sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, sodass ich prima entspannen konnte. Ich kann das Hotel allen empfehlen, die eine längere Anreise für die Stadthalle brauchen, besonders bei diesem Preis!!
Die Bettdecken waren etwas 'klein'. Ich musste beim Schlafen beide Decken benutzen um bequem da drunter zu liegen. Die Kissen könnten für meinen Geschmack auch etwas größer sein :)

Das Hotel hat uns richtig überrascht , es war sehr schön , sauber.
Unser Zimmer sehr gross.
Die Dusche war top.
Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht , denn 21 € pro Person sind schon sehr viel.

Die Qualität war gut, die Auswahl ausreichend. Aufgrund vielen Besucher an diesem Wochenende war das Personal etwas überfordert oder richtiger ausgedrückt: es waren zu wenig Kräfte Vorort.
Auch wenn nicht unbeddingt erforderlich, der Fernseher war nur als Radio mit Einschränkungen zu gebrauchen.

I was welcomed by a very friendly staff member by the name of David.
The last person that helped me after check out and leaving my luggage to get back later was rather unfriendly (not service oriented). I will leave it at that.

My kids especially liked exploring in- and outside the hotel; running in the long hallways and enjoying the Nutella dispenser at breakfast.
I would have appreciated being able to look the beds together or somehow preventing them from sliding apart. I had to push them together so that my kids and I could sleep, but the beds would often slide apart during the night.
Breakfast was a little pricey.

Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Spectacular building. Very good area. Amazing Irish Pub just next door. Free on site parking. I would stay here again.
Door locks don't work properly. Sometimes it needs 4-5 attempts to make it open. I saw guests from nearby rooms had the same problem.

Friendly staff, clean, calm neighbourhood.
Towels were really worn off and could use a change. There was no coffee machine as mentioned, coffe in the lobby was mostly cold. No kettle or mini fridge in the room. Two rwin bends should not be called queen bed.
