Outstanding value for a great room

Mixup with calling a taxi, which was important, but it worked out. Also no wakeup call as arranged

Breakfast was Super

Coffee was not offered to us, although all other guests had coffee flasks, was not a problem, maybe a misunderstanding. We can understand that, they were very polite and helpful.

I have not breakfast - no comment on it. Apartment clean and spacious. Location about 20 min walking distance from night time district

Odd bedroom step wasn't safe

the staff was very friendly and helpful.

the first room smelled bad and stinks but we got immediately another room instead.

very Nice location, extremely pleasant staff and an absolutely amazing room, and so central, only few minutes from the s bahn and 3 stops away from the central station.

we had a few manual requests to which the staff always responded quickly and to full satisfaction. breakfast offered a good selection of things.

The bar is cozy, the interior of the rooms is really nice. We got a free upgrade for a bigger apartment room as well! Nice kitchen inside. Two balconies. Bathroom with huge rain shower and good water pressure. Start was friendly and forthcoming at all hours.

When we opened the windows on one side of the apartment, two very aggressive wasps entered the room and landed in the bedsheets. It was early November. Be careful when you're allergic like me!

Very comfortable and nice hotel. Conveniently located close to Neue Flora theater.
