Sehr freundliches umd umsichtiges Personal. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel selber hat einen "typisch Wiener Charme" .... ein bisserl modern ... ein bisserl "alt" .... aber genau die Mischung hat es ausgemacht. Preis-Leistung vollkommen in Ordnung. Kommen definitiv wieder.

Unser Zimmer hatte leider keine Jalousien oder verdunkelnde Vorhänge ... im Sommer leicht unpraktisch, wenn man sich ein bisserl ausschlafen möchte ;-P. Im Badezimmer klemmte die Duschkabine und die Toilettentüre .... aber nichts, was man nicht schnell ausbessern kann. Kleinigkeiten halt, die für die volle Punktezahl gefehlt haben.

Parken ist schwierig, Parkplätze knapp und nur mit zusätzlichem Parkschein vom Hotel benutzbar.

Das Zimmer hat uns als Appartment überrascht, Räume waren sehr groß. Alles was man zum Übernachten braucht vorhanden. Die Zimmer einfach eingerichtet aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet leibevoll und reichhaltig vorbereit. Wie mein Mann sagen würde 1A. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Wien kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hier her.

Ich kann hier keine 2 oder 3 Sätze schreiben. Uns hat es sehr gut getaucht, wie wir Bayern gerne sagen. Wir haben uns hier (fast) wie zu Hause gefühlt und wurden mit einem herlichen Frühstück verwöhnt.

Il palazzo di per sé è molto bello

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti, non c’è acqua calda ma tiepida se non addirittura fredda. In inverno. I riscaldamenti sono spenti nella struttura eccetto nella camera, ma anche loro tiepidi. Struttura non curata, biancheria letto vecchia. Wi-Fi funziona a intermittenza. Nonostante si tratti di un hotel, la reception non é sempre aperta per cui non c’è stato possibile depositare i bagagli prima di ritirarli per l’aeroporto perché nessuno ci avrebbe aperto la porta. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un deposito bagagli in città e pagare. In generale, non è confortevole soggiornare qui. Peccato, la struttura ha un suo fascino,

The location is near the public transport with good connections to the city center (train, metro, tram). We travelled by train from Slovakia and walk from the train station to the hotel. Breakfast was rich and good, hotel staff was friendly.

It was very cold in the room during the night. There were 0 degrees outside, and no more that 18-19 inside. I understand that Austria might have other house heating standards during winter, but tourists are not always used to these temperatures. There was also no proper hot water to take a shower. After visiting Vienna during the day in the cold, it would have been a real comfort to take a hot shower and to stay in a warm room. Other accommodation facilities we experienced in Vienna offered an electric heater for tourists used to higher temperatures during the night. So please take this into consideration.

Breakfast was quite good, and that was the only high point of my experience in this hotel.

The pictures on the Booking profile were like a Tinder profile - all pimped up and raising your expectations, but in reality you are in for a disappointment. The hotel is old and so are the facilities, our room was not clean and the shower was clogged, so I was standing in my own travel filth. I expected more for that price and it wasn't even a weekend stay. Oh, and the garden - there is no garden if you ask me.

Since we entered, a beautiful and warm feeling embraced us, the garden was our favourite spot to relax, our room was cozy and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The staff was really friendly and made us feel like home.
