What a wonderful property with gorgeous views in every window. Immaculately kept and so inviting! Memories were made here!

This property was in the most beautiful location on Lake Hamilton. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this one surpasses any other I’ve experienced. Everything was labeled and anything you need is provided except your clothes and food. The place was spotless. I hope to be able to go back and stay again.

This visit was a retirement gift to my parents and they absolutely loved it. The view was beautiful and the condo was pristine. The hosts were extremely kind. I highly recommend this condo.

The condo was perfect for our girlfriends getaway weekend. The views of Lake Hamilton were spectacular and all the amenities were just as described. Will definitely come back and stay here again. I give it a 10 out of 10 with regard to meeting my expectations!

We had the best time in Hot Springs and this vacation rental is the best one we’ve had in over ten years! Our hosts thought of everything! There were ample bath towels and swim towels and sheets, extra blankets, shampoo and shower supplies, washer and dryer with everything needed to do laundry, everything a kitchen could need, games, and it was decorated so beautifully, it’s in a great location, but most of all the hosts were GREAT! Their communication, answering questions, anticipating everything we would need, including tips on the main event - the solar eclipse! My family and I had a pretty perfect vacation! Thank you!!

Our hosts thought of everything! The condo was beautiful and well appointed, communication was excellent and they truly thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Small but big things like quality pillows, bedding, and towels, good paper products like toilet paper and paper towel- and so many other comfort items. We’ve stayed at enough rentals to appreciate the small things.

The condo was clean, well maintained and furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We ate at the Fisherman’s wharf, brunch at The Hale and visited the Bathhouse row. We will be back in the summer.

The owners really outdid themselves with this rental. This is the first place that I’ve stayed and didn’t have to immediately run to the store to get tissue, trash bags, etc. this place is nicely stocked and that’s greatly appreciated. The view is amazing!!!! The pics don’t reflect the love and care they took in creating a oasis for their guests. It was super clean and comfortable. They had games and books everywhere. I enjoyed the reading. We have saved this listing. If I had to critique anything it would be the beep of the fire detector I assume cause it was a consistent beep our entire trip but not a deal breaker and the fact there’s no tub but that’s clear based on the pics.

My family and I were first time visitors to Arkansas and didn't quite know what to expect. This condo was a wonderful place to call home base as we explored the area - very clean, comfortable, great views and nice location (quiet, but not far from the action in town). We would love to visit again!

Beautiful property with stunning panoramic views of the lake. Pool and hot tub on property. Beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. Quiet at night. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Washer and dryer in unit. Also has dishwasher and coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Two outdoor patios to sit outside and enjoy the lake. Very close to many great restaurants and activities. Try Thai Me for spa day, Ron Coleman’s Crystal Mine to dig for crystals and Taco Mama for yummy Mexican food! Buddy and his wife were amazing at checking on us. We will be back!

Every possible comfort from the beds, to the linens to the furniture was a included this property. Only drawback was the two flights of stairs that had to be navigated with luggage was awkward.

A great place for a Hot Springs stay. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent with great views of Lake Hamilton. Enjoyed watching numerous birds, turtles and Henry the Heron. We had a wonderful, relaxing four days. Thanks to Sandy and Buddy for providing such a exceptional place.

This property is amazing! We have stayed at many, many vacation properties and it is obvious that nothing was overlooked by the owners. The decor, view and property was fabulous but the cleanliness of the place was top-notch!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, stocked with everything you could think of and the location on Lake Hamilton was breathtaking.
This isn’t your bare bones VRBO property. Kitchen has 2 ovens, 2 coffee makers, toaster, waffle maker, casserole dishes, ect…. It’s truly like being at your own home. Bathrooms are stocked with very nice full sized toiletry items. Washer and dryer came in handy to wash clothes before heading home. As others have mentioned, there are steep steps leading down to the unit. The hot tub was under maintenance while we were there much to the chagrin of my 10 year old.
This was a place that we looked forward to returning from our day’s adventures. It was lovely to cook a meal and eat dinner looking out at the gorgeous sunset and lake. We look forward to returning in the future.

I own a consulting company and each year my wife and I plan an Executive/Strategic retreat. The expansive views to the lake offered the perfect setting to relax, muse, think and plan. The condo was beautiful with everything you would need for a great stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful as well. Plenty of restaurant options nearby as well as fun on the water options. I would recommend this location to anyone - and it will be on my short list for future trips! Larry

We stayed in Hot Springs while in Arkansas for Thanksgiving. We love staying on Lake Hamilton. The views in this condo are amazing! The condo was very clean and nice for our three days that we spent there.

Lovely condo on water. Beautiful views, clean and comfortable. A bit of a hike to get our suitcases down and back up the 2 flights of stairs, but worth it. We would stay here again.

This 2BR condo is located perfectly for all things Hot Springs and for exploring the surrounding mountains and sites.. it’s very clean, perfectly designed for maximum living space, and equipped with everything needed to feel at home! AND… the view over Lake Hamilton adds to the ambiance! We will plan to stay here again!
