The location was perfect to explore the city and parking was a great perk. The breakfast was exceptional with a great range of selection in addition to many beverages. The spa facilities and rooftop pool were stunning.

For the price, I think the room could have been a bit nicer. It felt very basic and a bit worn. We definitely expected a notch better. Also, the

we love this place

We stated here for a second time, and like always, it was great! We enjoyed the big breakfast and 4-5 course dinner. The pools are always nice. The weather wasn't in our favor this visit though, we still were able to swim a few times. The relax room is great, but unfortunately some guests leave towels on the chairs all day and the staff does not remove them. So you might not get a spot. Otherwise, I had another great experience and I will return again in summer.

Some things of the hotel need to be updated. Soft close toilet lids and the style of the rooms. I also saw a few outlet covers that were loose or had fallen off in the hallways.I also think there was a toilet closer to the dining room, so you don't have to walk down 2 sets of stairs during dinner.

Many guests with long faces no smiles what a shame because staff is friendly and it should be enjoyable. the cover of the wc has no damper and when one closes it, it hits hard.

First time in this hotel, fantastic facilities, big enough so high comfort and privacy feeling. Excellent location, 1 min walk to the city center with plenty of shops, interesting places to visit, eating facilities and very nice spots. Top facilities at the Terme Merano, easy access from the hotel.

Recommend to publish that the access to the Terme Sauna caries and extra charge.

The overall experience was excellent: Spa & brakfast very comfortable but the best rating would go to the managment and the personnel. They really made the difference during our short staying.

I returned to this place second time and gonna come back again and again! Everything is just perfect! View, spa, food. I love this place !

Hotel is perfectly located, city center can be reach by foot within 5 minutes. Wellness facilities of the hotel as spectacular - we very much recommend to use the hotel spa & sauna
