House was near everything . House manager was great , when I texted the house manager texted back quick and was very nice and understanding . House was clean , had everything we needed

Pros-location, lots of hot water, lots of space
Cons- very hard guest room beds,no alarm clocks, needs better selection of glasses and a better frying pan, kitchen ceiling light full of dead bugs, exhaust fan in 3rd floor bath doesn’t work,3rd floor bedroom closet clothes rack is broken, and frig could be replaced.

Everyone about our stay was excellent! We would be happy to syay here again. Host was responsive and great. Cannot beat the location!

Stayed for a week at this property and overall, it was a good stay. Would recommend.
Pros:
- Most amenities were provided (could use kitchen scissors though!)
- Couch was very comfy and loved the dining room table
- Location is perfect!
- Loved the master bathroom shower!!
Cons:
- Deck patio wood needs to be replaced - we found many rusted, missing, or broken-tip nails all over and the low-seat chair is rotted
- Electrical issues (main floor bathroom switch is wonky to keep light on, refrigerator light flickers as does the master bathroom main light)
- Currently there’s construction going on next door and across the street (though this is to no fault of the host)

We enjoyed our family Holiday at this location even if the weather didn’t totally cooperate. The condo served its purpose but we were surprised with a few items. They were:
#1. The pots and pans were in need of replacing in our opinion. We felt they were not clean.
#2. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes very well unless we rinsed the dishes and glasses before hand. We finally found out that the detergent holding door didn’t always open thus the pod didn’t get released.
#3. The work next door. We were totally caught off guard to discover that new construction was going on. The workers did not do anything wrong except start at 7:30am.LOL Just wished we were aware of this before hand. If you thought a nap was possible you could forget about that.
The above items were very minor issues but we felt the owner, who by the way, was very helpful in taking care of any needs that came about in a timely manner, should know about them. He went above and beyond. Thanks Doug. To summarize, we overall were pleased with the cleanliness, the location and the owner.

There was plenty of space for myself, my adult daughters and their families. (10 of us) All the rooms were spacious and had good sized closets for storage. The bunk room was fun for the boy cousins to call "their space" and feel a little independence. The appliances worked but weren't at optimal efficiency. We had plenty of hot water for all ten us to shower after a day at the beach. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed plus more. Overall, our stay was great and a fun place for us to meet and be together.

We loved that it was so close to the beach (2 blocks) and a quick drive to all the restaurants and hang outs. Doug was great to work with and answered all our questions! We had a great time!

This three story condo is great for a large group. We especially liked the four bedroom/bathroom lay out. This is not a place for those who can’t manage stairs, but that made for plenty of privacy. Not a bad walk to the beach. Straight shot to the beach from the driveway.

Great location, just a short walk to beach. Cleanliness was not up to par but the owner said he would send someone over immediately. Large grill was not available to use and hair dryers were not in all bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen utensils, small appliances and seating. Owner was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was ideal; just a very quick walk to the beach access! And the house was nice, plenty of space and nice front decks. Doug was extremely responsive and helpful! There are some things to note: there is no gas grill any more; the dishwasher doesn't work well (it was really difficult to get the flatware clean!); and there is no dish drying rack.

We had an amazing stay at SeaReanity Now. Doug is a gracious host and answered all questions in a very timely manner. Had a issue come up during our stay (nothing did and the entire week was smooth sailing) I'm confident that he would have been on top of it immediately. The home is spacious and tastefully decorated. It felt just like home. We traveled with six (four adults and two teenagers) in our party and next felt like we were in top of each other. Everyone had their own space. We were originally a party of eight (six adults and two teens) and even if the other two didn't have to back out there would still have been plenty of space and privacy.
As with all vacation rentals you need to provide your own beach towels, washcloths, toiletries, soaps (hand, dishwashing and laundry) and paper products (paper towels and toilet paper), but everything else you could have needed was provided.
The top deck was roped off for safety reasons. Which we completely understand and appreciate the caution, but I feel it should be mentioned since it is a talking point in the home description. The gas grill was also out of commission. Again, this was a non issue, but since it's mentioned in the listing I felt it should be mentioned. There is a small charcoal grill that is available as a substitute.

This is one side of a duplex. I had no idea when I rented it. Nevertheless, the owner of the other side doesn't rent and doesn't always stay there. It was exceptionally quiet and the best aspect is that the beach is so close by. No need to load up everything for a long morning or afternoon. The decor is very artistic and attractive and we all liked that - ambiance! There are a lot of stairs/steps inside, so beware. But I liked having the master bedroom on the top floor - so quiet for me, a light sleeper. The refrigerator was cold but not as cold as one would hope. We used the recommended ice chest for canned beverages. The AC, however, worked great and was very cold - we had to turn it up. The doors to the balcony are exceptionally heavy and tough to manage. The very top of the building was not accessible. This may be the norm, but hasn't been in other places we've stayed - we purchased our own dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent. We purchased our own paper towels and laundry detergent. There were no apparent dish towels for the kitchen - we had to use our own towels for drying the dishes. I say all of that to assist future renters. I think the biggest drawback was spotty internet connection even though a lot has been done to solve that problem. My adult children and my grandchildren enjoyed the week very much.

This was a very comfortable home, with a great open gathering space on the main floor. The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars was the fact that the top balcony was closed off (after being prominently highlighted in the listing) and that we were not advised to bring toilet paper (which we would have happily done if just told there wasn't a supply in the house). The beds were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived.

The house was just perfect for our weekend away to attend a family wedding. Great accommodations for our 4 teenagers, my 84 yr old daddy, my husband and myself. When we has a little snafu Sunday morning before check out he let us stay a little later to get things worked out!

The best vacation home we 've ever rented!!
We rented this home to celebrate our twins graduation, and I have to be honest...it was perfect for us. I have never been so comfortable in a rental. This gem was beautifully decorated, very well stocked, and most importantly, welcoming and comfortable. The living area is large enough for everyone to lounge around. The kitchen had more than enough dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and appliances, and the pantry was left empty for all of our snacks and drinks so that the counters weren't cluttered. Everyone slept well in the comfy beds, and the master shower with the rain head was large enough for a small party. I especially loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. It was our first time visiting this area, and the street this house is located on was a perfect spot. It was just a short walk to the beach, yet it was a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, There was a nice fenced in patio, but we enjoyed the balconies the most. We were all beyond thrilled with this choice, and if I ever get the chance to return to that area, I hope to rent this home again, because it really was like being at home.

Great house with the perfect location. Bring beach towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and extra pillow cases, other linens supplied by owner. Bunk room is on first floor with remaining rooms on floors 2-3 - not a good fit for kids who need to be close by. Our kids were 6-9 and did fine! We had a blast and would stay again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the value of our stay. While it was dated and appliances older, everything worked, property was clean, location fantastic. We would love to come back.

Girls Week-end at SeaRenity Now
Four long time friends met up at SeaRenity Now for a long awaited get together. The property is beautiful and the location convenient to the beach, and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of hot water in the bathrooms.

Great place and great location!
This was the perfect house for a girls’ weekend. We had plenty of space in the house to socialize and relax and the beach was just a two minute walk away.
The home is extremely clean, well decorated, and smells like a new house. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Bachelorette Weekend
We went for a laid back bachelorette weekend. And this was the prefect place for it. It had everything we needed and enough bathrooms and bed for all 7 us. And with 7 girls the four bathrooms were great. Doug was so nice and gave us all the information we could need.

Great mini getaway
This was our first time to Carolina Beach but definitely not our last! This house was the perfect spot for our family and friends. It’s proximity to the beach was great! The house was very comfortable for all of us. Adults upstairs in a beautiful large master bedroom and teenagers downstairs with plenty of room. Communicating with the owner was great too. He gave great recommendations and was very helpful!

Perfect Spot for a quick family getaway
Went for a short visit with our daughter who lives in the area. Took along additional family. The home was clean, inviting and met our every need. The space and rooms were perfect for our short family getaway and the home was a stones throw from the beach. Doug was responsive to every message and always replied quickly if needed. I would recommend this home to anyone it has everything you need for a comfortable visit.

SeaRenity is Great.
My father,brother and sisters and their adult children have taken long labor day weekends together for the last 19 years. Rarely have we stayed in the same place twice. We liked SeaRenity so much that we would like to make it our annual Labor day weekend destination.

Quick Family Trip
Overall a nice property. We were able to park our golf cart and plug it in near the front door. The golf cart was nice to scoot down the street to public access. Very spacious bedrooms.

AWESOME
AWESOME place! Clean, SO close to the beach, the owner was awesome! The whole process was great and we enjoyed it!
The only thing I wish was different was the bed in the bedroom on the second floor was SO hard, but nothing that we couldn’t handle. Just needs a good mattress pad 🙂
