Sehr gutes Abendessen und nettes, aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr trubelig, jedoch ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Es gab frisch gepresste Säfte, nur der Orangensaft war leider künstliches Zuckerwasser. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe, selbst mit Zustellbett. Das Bad hat eine sehr gute Dusche und man wird mit Duschgel, conditioner und sogar bodylotion versorgt.

das Frühstück ist noch qualitativ ausbaufähig. pancakes, Orangensaft, Speck und Kaffee schmeckten leider gar nicht und an der Kochstation bildeten sich lange Schlangen.

Zimmer sind groß. Wir hatten Meerblick..super.. Nicht alle Fußbodenleisten waren fest. Eine gute Unterkunft für Cucarachas.. Pool schön und warm. Parkplätze kostenlos in der Nähe zu finden. Personal an der Rezeption nett, im Restaurant nicht.

Handtûcher und Bademantel sind mehr grau als weiß. .Für abends fehlt ein individuelles Licht im Wohnbereich. Nur Festbeleuchtung möglich. Wegräumen der Geschirr erholt mit Wagen...Katastrophal... Qualität des Essens eine Katastrophe... Teilweise schon kalt. Man müsste sich das Essen in einer Mikrowelle erwärmen, wenn es heiß sein sollte. Es gibt zwar von alles Etwas, aber schmecken tus nicht. Und wir sin nicht mäkelich. Wir haben nur 2 von 4x gegessen. Frühstück einigermaßen ok... Für 4 Sterne nicht in Ordnung.

No me gustó la atención al cliente recepción, no me gustó clientes molestando al lado de mi habitación ocupas-volcan esa noche nos tubimos que ir del hotel a las 01;30 de la madrugada.

Everything else. It needs serious cleaning and/or renovation. But especially cleaning. Room was decently clean but rest of hotel a but horrible. Carpet is very unattractive. 4 stars?

The rooms and food are great.

The check in time is 15:00 hrs. I was there at 15:05 and they gave me the key after payment, I went to the room. The room was not ready. They sent me twice to the room but the room was not ready. The staff said that the check in time is "from 3 pm" and the room may take "30 minutes more or even 1 or 2 hours more to be ready". What the hell! If the check in time is 3 pm, the rooms should be ready for check in at 3pm. The most worst part was that I went to the room and found that it was not ready and dirty, I came back and told them the same but they were not ready to listen to me! This happened twice with me. I got the room after one hour.

Food was acceptable, but nothing too fancy. Some of the staff was nice. Location is good, nice little quiet town

The hotel is old and dirty, room was in bad condition and dirty. I would definitely not call this a 4 star hotel. Need to pay extra for safe, no coffee machine or cattle in the room. At the "restaurant" there are flying termites falling on the table at the terrace.

Besidez the shower everything was perfect

It was impassible to make a shower, the water stream varied all the time from extremly hot to cold

This was our 4 th stay at this hotel. Little disappointed in the missing skirting in the walkway and the fact the carpet had not been cleaned during our stay. Also some of the chairs need repairing in the entertainment lounge.

Very professional and helpful staff at the front desk. I was not only allowed, but actually offered to use the facilities such as pools after the check-out. The pools and facilities were well-maintained, plenty of options at dinner buffet. I had a room oriented toward the ocean so the views were perfect.

Staff at the restaurant, bar, and pool does not really speak English but I always somehow managed. My room could definitely use some renovations but the overall appearance somehow reflects the lower price tag.

Exceptional service. Very attentive staff, willing to help with any info or advice to explore the Island. Clean and well maintain amenities. It was a f great experience and I will definitely recommend to book this place 100%.
