All people here are very nice and caring. They have a sea water pool - actually the main pool. Very nice tennis coaches , big territory , everyone will find things to do . Very cool is that they have a free launch for kids everyday at the buffet. Also I liked a lot no need to have towel cards - towels just available everywhere, use as needed, same as water and no request on room number at breakfast- those are small things that make relaxing home atmosphere!
Overall great food and generosity in everything .
The only issue we had there is WiFi - they have strong but unstable connection .

pour la chauffer il fallait payer 90 euros/jour.

Toute l’équipe était aux petits soins et d’une grande bienveillance.
Mention spéciale pour l’équipe d’animation de Nikki et Elena (yoga, foot, family disco et grecoland kids club) qui a égayé notre séjour avec une grand professionnalisme, une grande gentillesse et beaucoup de talent
Côté architecture et vue, l’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique et très bien entretenu.
Les repas étaient délicieux.
Le calme et la sérénité sans pour autant se sentir de trop avec des enfants plein de vie !!
Les prix exorbitants des extras (repas, cours de tennis, spa..etc)
Beaucoup de vent au printemps avec une piscine exposée cotée mer donc difficile de se baigner mais l’établissement n’y peut rien

Die Hotelanlage ist imposant und abends sehr schön beleuchtet. Die Zimmer und auch die Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig, ebenfalls der Balkon. Der Pool war riesig und der angrenzende Liegebereich mit ausreichend Liegebetten ausgestattet.
Als sehr kleinlich habe ich empfunden, dass nur 1 Nespressokapsel pro Person und Tag kostenfrei war, eine weitere würde verrechnet. Das finde ich für ein Haus dieser Kategorie lächerlich. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers schien zusammengewürfelt und hat mich optisch nicht überzeugt. Die Strandabschnitte links und rechts der Hotelanlage waren nicht sehr einladend. Der Pool ist unbeheizt, was zu Beginn und am Ende der Saison für sehr erfrischenden Abkühlungen sorgt. Wenn man im Hotel essen möchte, sollte man dies unbedingt dazubuchen, da die Kosten für das Buffet sonst deutlich höher sind. Die Bungalows haben kleine Gärtchen davor, die aber für Vorbeilaufende sehr gut einsehbar sind, Privatsphäre ist oftmals nicht gewährleistet.

The Labyrinth bar as well as the central hall are quite beautiful. Welcoming was also warm & professional.
Generally speaking, the resort is overrated/overpriced and does not meet the expectations ( compared to other high-end resorts in Elounda e.g Blue Palace). One could say that it belongs to a hospitality-level lower compared to how it is advertised. Spa/gym facilities are poor & old. The same stands for the rooms. After checking in, it is clear that everything is profit-oriented (in the very negative way).

The staff was amazing. Hotel was clean, food was good, you could tell that it's a 5* resort.
Internet could have been way better. It was interrupting for like a minute every 20 minutes ..day and night ..and it didn't work at all on the beach. The speed was not that bad.

The resort looks amazing, the beach is very nice, we got upgraded for free to a luxury junior suite. The room is very spacious, the pool was great for our child, bed was very comfortable. The resort is for people that just want to sit back and relax and enjoy the sound of the sea.
The beach is clean, but rocky when you enter.
The staff at the restaurants and beach should learn english, very hard to communicate with them.
We had comfort all in pack, the food at the main restaurant is mostly the same every day, they should diversify.
Except for breakfast which i would give a 9 out of 10, lunch and dinner at main restaurant don't meet 5 star resort expectations. We didn't try a la carte restaurants because prices seemed to be a bit expensive.
The minibar in the room isn't refilled daily.
They don't have snacks included in comfort all in pack.
The cleaning in the room is 8 out of 10.
All in all it was a great vacation.

it is a fine hotel which after all this years, needs a renovation! Beautiful scenery outside, friendly staff, breakfast with great variety of stuff and breathtaking view!
The rooms need renovation! I cant accept leather sofa with holes or dirty curtains at a 5star hotel. Bathroom the same! old furniture, tiles dirty of the usage during the years. The gardens need also more attention!

Apart from breakfast, the food in the restaurants (we tried 3) didn’t match the attempted 5 start standard and the price charged!

The hotel is very beautiful and has plenty of facilities: sauna, gym ( even an outdoor gym), pools, beaches, restaurants, shops.
The room was very clean. I liked the fact that the bathroom was big.
Breakfast was very delicious and fresh. Many options for every taste.
The staff was kind and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay!
The furniture in the room was a little bit old but it was not a problem.

We miss the place, the staff, the love and hospitality so much that we wish to come back next year. The manager and buffet staff, the staff by the pool made the place extra special with their love and hospitality

The F&B staff was amazing, my girlfriend has extreme celiac disease and needs to be very careful with eating "outdoors". With breakfast, lunch and dinner at all of the restaurants on site the hotel team made sure everything was safe from gluten and other grains. We felt very welcome and taken care of. The rest of the staff was also super friendly and helpful. Sport facilities and day activities were also very well arranged. Will definitely go back some day!
Nothing I can think of, except maybe the caulking in the bathrooms looked a bit old/black. And pool towels were sometimes not fully stocked (never had no towel, but sometimes wanted two towels). Overall very minor things and a lovely experience.

We'd loved the courtesy and competence of all the staff, the magic of the place. In particular, we've apprecieted the kindness and competence of the General Manager, Mr Vassilis Minadakis, who solved any issue we've addressed to him!

property is a real heaven to relax. Great amenities, great private beach, great food… a true 5 star hotel with some minor flaws.
- staff is mostly great but both at the restaurant and the reception there are two very unpleasant staff, not smiling, rude way of answering things…
- wifi is temperamental at best. I these days we expect better coverage in the rooms and in the pool area.
- Room that we stayed in are outdated compared to the vibe of the hotel… the tv and decor was from the early 2000’s at best. the room had significant wear and tear… it was still good but for this price point you expect the little extra investment in the rooms.

The hotel is beautiful, the kingdom of water and plants. The sea, a huge pool, decorative pools on the territory and in restaurants. And the room also has a private pool. The territory is all in greenery.The beach, both sandy and sun beds on a green lawn over the sea. There is enough space for everyone. The food is excellent at the main restorant and at the pool bar.
The staff is ready to fulfill your desires, special thanks to Polina, who quickly solves any problems and wishes.
The restaurants a la carte look interesting, a lovely restaurant on a platform above the water overlooking the sea and the sunset. The staff is trying. But the quality of food preparation can be improved so that everything is in line with the general concept of these restaurants, while the quality of food lags behind.

The hotel and staff were amazing, food was delicious and especially we liked the sport activities. The guys were so cool and we had a great time.
