Lovely hotel on the sea front nice pool area and bar. Easy to get to on public bus stop outside at Gran hotel from Arricefe airport.

No kettle for tea or coffee in room

Very clean facilities, comfy beds and an awesome ocean view from the balcony and hotel room. Spacious room, comfy beds and nice A/C.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect!

Fantastic hotel! Had everything we wanted from roof top pool to gym. Excellent location, we litterally crossed the road to get to the beach. Lots of things to see all available from the bus stop (3 minute walk). The staff were so friendly particularly Pepe!

The gym is opperational however needs updating as I believe a lot of people would use it

Beachfront room and wide variety of buffet breakfast. Lovely, chilled outdoor snack bar terrace area near pool.

Check-in later than stated time. Limited wardrobe space. Fine for a couple of days' stay.

Quiet and comfortable, staff were superb.Varied choice at breakfast but would prefer decent coffee and fruit juices with less choice.

Coffée was very poor, next time I would give breakfast a miss.We brought our own kettle so managed to have a cup of instant in our room.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Room was clean and well furnished. Location is great, right on the seafront

We booked with very little notice, and it was quite an expensive night. The breakfast was less than exciting with very little fresh products No parking in an area where parking is prohibited, the staff advised us to park in a public parking nearby (10 min walk)

recently refurbished and the rooms were excellent the showers and bathroom were one of the best for this rating of hotel. large double shower, plenty of hot water.

We asked about booking a taxi for 6 they said no problem just ask when needed. They couldn’t provide and hence we had to walk to a taxi rank. wouldn’t have been a problem if we hadn’t had my dad with a walking stick. only thing to sour our stay.

The room and location are great. The early check in was possible, as well as storing our luggage after checking out. However, if you are looking for a great customer experience, look elsewhere.

Poor vegan options and poor communication. I have sent three messages to this hotel via the booking app and also via email directly to the hotel hoping to arrange something special for my daughter's birthday and to order vegan menu for breakfast- included in the price. I received no answer to my messages. The lady at the reception had advised that they do not receive messages via the Booking app even though they have a Customer Satisfaction Certificate from Booking on their wall and they have replyed almost instantly to my early check in request. No alternative option for vegan menu was given.
