It's the third time I come back to Thessresidence and it's always the same, good as always, clean room, polite staff ready to help , coffee machine waiting for me,quiet place to sleep comfortably . Thanks Thessresidence.

Everything was perfect! Starting with pleasant welcome from the staff until our leave, very clean, comfortable, warm, with the great location! Highly recommended, I would definitely come back :)

The lodge is amazing for both short & long stays. Recepetion and facilities are great, along with the ideal location, since most of the places can be reached on foot. Supermarkets, Pharmacies & Coffee Shops are almost next to the place. Last, I have to add that the receptionist while viewing my ID, noted that the next day of our arrival was my birthday, and by then we received on our room a bottle of wine, with a card with very charming wishes ! This will never be forgotten, thank you & appreciated !

Totally exeeded our expectations. What you see at photo, looks the same in reality. Close to the city center, very clean, fragrant. The staff is very friendly. Affordable parking. Definitely see you again!

It is modern, very nice, well furnished, excellent bed, nice shower, well equipped kitchen, small balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the top floor and the bedroom had only a skylight- no windows. It felt weird.

Look no further. Thess Residence not only that will meet, but it will exceed your expectations. The accommodation is in the heart of Thessaloniki, so everything will be in your walking distance. We were welcomed by the most welcoming hosts, Despina and Philipp, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very spacious, very clean, very new. It had everything you need from a weekend to a month stay. A very clean and new bathroom, with all the necessities you need such as showering gel, shampoo, hair dryer etc. There is a nice kitchenette, a coffee machine and a complementary Netflix service. The parking, all though at an additional cost, is at 30 sec walk and it is a key-opened garage, so you vehicle will be very safe, which for me is just another plus. This will be my pick for Thessaloniki accommodation from now on, that is for sure!

We had an amazing experience at Thess Residences. The staff are patient, helpful, gives immediate solutions for any questions or concern and take really take good care of their guests. They communicated mainly via WhatsApp (very easy) and has such great service!. The facility is super-clean! All guests have access to a gym and laundry machines (very useful). Our apartments were very clean, fully-equipped, our 2 toddlers had beds as requested. We travelled as two-families and this apartment building was a great solution for us to stay close but still have privacy if needed, but closing the door between the two units who created an apartment if open. The location is very good - not too close to the center but within 10-15 walking. This building is HIGHLY recommended. Thanks so much for the staff for an amazing experience. We would definitely come back :)

The overall cleanliness of the residence was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenware was high quality equipment. Our hostesses were two of the nicest and most helpful people one could hope to meet. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The local taxi drivers were totally ignorant of Thess Residences whereabouts. Come on girls .Beef up your local image. You deserve it.

Everything was excellent, starting from the location of the Thessresidence in centre , then clean room, perfect bathroom, nicely done interior, you feel like at home . Helpful and very polite staff. I am very sure that I will come back to Thessresidence again whenever i visit Thessaloniki 🥰

Place is new, so it's clean. Staff is really friendly. Location is great, as it's not far from city centre, but is in a fairly quiet street. Garage is not in the same street but is close, as long as you don't have too much baggage. Netflix is a nice bonus.

Was placed in a room in attic. It"s not too bad. They even paid attention to details like putting protection on beams so you don't hurt your head. But in the bathroom, shower was too low for me, as it was in recessed part.
