Large rooms, full kitchen. Good for families.

It seemed like some of the rooms were being rented out as apartments. (There was a motorbike someone had listed for sale in the downstairs lobby) It is also separated from the actual Gleneagle hotel, down the street a couple of blocks. We were not expecting this. It was good value but we were expecting more.

It was quite dark and the lighting was poor for writing/reading/make up

The apartment had everything we needed and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean.

The apartment was too warm. We could not adjust the heating. The heat was unbearable. We reported it, but nothing was done.

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Location was great and the hotel facilities for a young family really good.

Very spacious apartment with everything you need on a family holiday. It was brilliant also to be able to use the hotel facilities.

Check in is from 4 but our apartment wasn’t ready until 5 even though they were aware we had arrived early. No apology and still were making it clear our check out would be at 10am which didn’t sound fair.
