Tutto quello che devi portare sono le tue lenzuola, asciugamani e sedie a sdraio (sedie e ombrelloni sono disponibili anche per il noleggio in spiaggia). L'unità può ospitare una famiglia di 6 con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello doppia più futon matrimoniale nella camera da letto. Un divano letto queen size nuovo di zecca con materasso temperato è nel soggiorno.

we spent the week in carol's lovely condo on the beach. the location is just perfect. steps from the door there is a sun deck. I sat out there daily and it was usually all to myself, or I could strike up a nice conversation with someone about a book they were reading. Everyone was so kind. The proximity to the beach is perfect, easily accessible. The condo was clean and has everything you may need. Also, note to add the beds were extra comfortable! We had an issue with the electric(we blew a fuse) and carol was able to help us within no time even after hours. We have zero complaints and would love to come back again!

Our vacations was perfect! We really had a good vacation. The hole family enjoyed it very much. The Lopes condo was vey clean and comfortable.
We really recommanded it.

This condo was in a great location. We loved the sundeck with seats to lounge and also tables to eat at. You could see what was happening on the beach without leaving the deck. There were plenty of grills that were nice to have for cooking. We loved the beachy decor and plenty of hooks for hanging wet towels and suits. The kids enjoyed having a small beach area (with wet sand) right off from the sundeck in order to play paddle ball, baseball, and frisbee when the main beach was crowded and the dry sand was too hot to walk on. Us adults enjoyed being able to watch them from the Adirondack chairs on the sundeck! Our only complaint would be that the kitchen area is a bit small and there is not a lot of room for storage of food items that we brought. We gave up trying to keep moving the table out and putting the leaves up to eat at when we realized that the coffee table top raised up and worked better as a table area. That was definitely a plus! Also a plus was that the bedroom was bigger than expected. The beds/pillows were comfy and there was plenty of storage for clothes. Also, appreciated the quick turn around when the AC decided to stop working. We called the reality company and within a few hours, not only had they sent someone out to check the AC, but they contacted the owners and had a brand new AC installed and running! Overall, it was a great place to spend the week at the beach! Thank you!

This property is steps to the beach in wildwood crest which we absolutely loved. Carol was such an amazing host and was extremely responsive when I had any condo or check in related questions. The condo was clean and updated. We will definitely use this condo in the future! Thank you so much!!

Great location and comfortable condo for our family of 4! Had the right amount of furniture and decor to feel like home, but enough room to place our belongings we brought for the week. BEST mattresses we have had at the Summer Sands, slept very well. We played some games they had provided.
They also had a nice selection of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. but we used our own … but next time we might save some room to travel in the car. Bucket for flip flops inside the door was a nice touch to keep the condo clean throughout the week!
Only thing I would change, picking up a key and needing to drop it off at another location was a bit inconvenient. We have stayed at this property multiple times (in other condos) and never had to do that previously.

Can't beat being right on the beach! We love to stay at Summer Sands. We like the easy access to the big corner deck, and to drink our morning coffee there while watching for dolphins in the ocean and the beach come alive. The unit is nicely furnished and well stocked. We will definitely be back.

This condo was perfect for our Labor Day weekend getaway. Great location with easy access to the beach. It had everything we needed and the kids loved the bunk beds :)

The unit was clean and you could tell it was well maintained and well stocked with items that you might need at the beach. Couldn't ask for better parking, you were just steps away from a beach access path. The unit is perfect for two people. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the condo was very nice. It was clean and neat, very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Trying to locate the parking space took some time since it wasn't well marked, but I understand that is being taken care of.

Very nice stay
Stayed the weekend of 9/17. Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Right next to beach entrance. Beds were comfortable. Beach chairs and boogie boards were there for our use. Everything was in great working order. The only thing we would have like to see changed, which had nothing to do with the condo itself, was that the pools closed at 5:00pm in the condo complex. The beach is right there, but the surf was too rough for my younger kids. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool in the evening after dinner. I would highly recommend this condo. We enjoyed our stay.

Love being beachfront
Great location and setup. Property management company was helpful and easy with our late check-in. On-site condo office was the opposite and not giving owners the service they are paying for in association fees; no one was in the on-site office during the posted hours to provide the parking tag, and they didn’t return our calls or texts to the cell phone number they posted. So we never got a parking tag (we just put a note on our windowshield and hoped that would be okay for our short stay). Other than that, fab location, nice view, good wifi and AC, and way cosier and nicer than the austere motel options.

Perfectly Perfect
Loved, loved, loved this unit! Soundproofing was amazing. We didn't hear any neighbors. The beach was just steps away. Parking spot was right by the elevator and steps so packing and unpacking was a breeze. Pool was a few steps away from unit. Literally, everything was at our doorstep and fingertips. Best vacation ever!!! Thank you!!! Ps. You can't hang towels from railings but you are permitted to keep a drying rack by your door. It's worth bringing one. Sandy shoes bucket was well used and much appreciated.

Step out the door to a beachfront location.
Great property, super responsive owners, beach front location which makes it super easy to get to and from the beach with kids. The decks on the property were amazing too. We ate outside almost every meal. I wish laundry was in the unit when you are dealing with kids and sand every day. There is laundry onsite but it would have taken days to do our laundry in the small washers on-site. We took one morning and went to the laundromat and got it all done. There are tons of laundromats around so no buggy. Must checkout Sundog on the beach just a couple blocks over and had delicious food! Overall, perfect location for a family beach vacation. We will definitely try to book again next year. Thank you!!

Our first condo rental
My sister and I have never rented a condo before. We loved it so much we will definitely be doing it again. Carol and Joe were great! Sudden change of plans and we could only stay 2 out of 3 nights and they were so understanding. We locked ourselves out on first morning(while in our pj's). Property management was wonderful! Within 15 minutes they had us back in the door. Location and ocean view was excellent! 2 tired nurses are rejuvenated! We will definitely go back there. Thank you! Carol and Sue

Great time
We had a great time at Summer Sands. The place is small but has everything that you need and is clean . The property is nice with a pool and deck overlooking the ocean . One thing to know is the beach is a far walk . This was our first time at wildwood crest and we were shocked at how far the beach is . Also - the check in process is slightly annoying , you have to check in at the property itself to get your parking pass etc. Then you also have to check in at another building to get your keys . Not the usual check in that we have experienced - the other condos at that building just use a code which is much easier . All in all a really nice weekend getaway . We would recommend this condo - just be prepared for a more difficult check in process.

Girls Weekend
We were looking for a girls weekend close to a beach and this was the perfect fit. The owners take care to help you feel at home and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, clean and even provided beach chairs and umbrella! Location was right on the beach and close to local shops and eateries. We loved our long weekend so much that we are going to make this an annual trip. We highly recommend to all.

Beautiful weekend away
This property gave us the most wonderful weekend away! Perfect cute and comfortable condo. Plenty of space for 5 friends. We spent most of our time outside either on the beach or out on the lounge area for everyone to use! We will definitely be coming back here!

Location, details, views, and great food
The owners are amazing, responsive, and thoughtful. The care they have put into their unit shows how much they care about your experience there. Our views were breathtaking, steps away from the beach, and delicious seafood and a diversity of restaurants that deliver as promised. Just an excellent time. Crest is quiet and relaxing while being very close to attractions as well. I would not hesitate to go back with my family.

Excellent Location, Great property!
My friend and I had a delightful weekend in this little condo. It had everything we needed in it, the temperature control worked great, comfortable beds and we appreciated the assigned parking. Being so close to the beach was incredible! We could take a chair out to the deck to watch the sun rise over the ocean, it was fabulous.

Late July 2020
We made the best of our time here during “viral” outbreak of 2020. This condo in late July has a good view of sunsets. The beach access is just down the stairs and feet away from the entrance. This location is great for the price. The owner has left plenty of information for the condo, dining, activities, and the area itself. This condo is worth it especially if you have a family or group no bigger than four.
