Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin am Empfang. Sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht.
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer; diese sind wirklich gut in Schuss, dies erwartet man nicht, wenn man das Hotel das erste Mal sieht.
Der Lobbybereich und der Frühstücksraum verfügen über keine wirkliche Klimaanlage.

La situation exceptionnelle, le charme des lieux, la piscine, l’accueil,la qualité de la literie, le peignoir et les chaussons dans la chambre
La chambre de luxe vue mer avec balcon est vraiment petite( très difficile de passer entre le lit et le fauteuil pour accéder au balcon), la salle de bain joliment refaite n’est pas terminée et il n’y a rien pour poser ses serviettes et les faire sécher, le bruit de la climatisation, le prix est trop élevé pour la qualité des prestations ( 250€ serait le maximum)

Beautiful and charming hotel.
We paid extra for the queen room with sea view. The room was nice but the bathroom needed to be redoing. It was very old… We saw on the hotel information leaflets that some bathrooms were new. Maybe we just had bad luck.
The service staff were warm and welcoming.
The pools is beautiful and the hotel is full of old people that looks like they have been coming here every summer for years. It’s got an eighties vibe.
This hotel has a sol.
Unfortunately the pool was full of annoying kids with disrespectful parents. Specially there was a family with like 7 kids and they thought they owned the pool. Lots of screaming and playing with the water guns. My book got weak twice…
Another problem was that there are limited sun beds and sun umbrellas and people would go to the pool, leave their towel in the sun bed they liked and leave. There was a couple that returned after 5h… Rude! Whilst many people in the pool had no shade nor space where to sit down. Half of the beds were taking by people that was not on the pool.
The hotel should do something about it…
Also, 5€ for an americano….

La chambre est magnifique, l’emplacement superbe et le jardin avec la piscine sont parfait
Rien en général sauf un petit détail la lumière qui entre dans la chambre a cause de la porte vitré de la salle de bain dommage

Hôtel rénové qui a gardé son charme avec de grandes hauteurs sous plafond, Chambre petite mais très agréable surtout avec la vue mer. Le parc autour de la piscine offre terrain de boule et de tennis. La mer est, à seulement 200 mètres à pied.
Je recommande.
Il manque dans les chambres une ou deux prises qui pourraient être facilement compensées par une multi-prise.

Nous avons trouvés l’hôtel par hasard en voulant passer un week-end dans le sud, en toute simplicité, sans grandes exigences quant au lieu.
Qu’elle ne fut pas notre surprise ! Nous avons été véritablement conquis par cet hôtel !
Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, mais au-delà l’équipe qui compose ce lieu a été incroyable durant tout le séjour, nous avons été chouchoutés du début à la fin !
On sent une véritable passion, une envie de recevoir et de bien faire les choses de la part de tous! Des chambres au restaurant tout est parfait !
Un grand bravo, vous avez vraiment embelli notre week-end, nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

It is a lovely property with so much potential to be much better value!
it is in lovely grounds close to the coast, but really needs and deserves a fabulous make-over to show off its potential and to restore it to what it could be.
Rooms are large, but need some new furnishings, and they have fabulous views.
The dining room was not open for dinner, and the terrace was not set up for using, and breakfast was help yourself, with no service at all on our last day.
Lack of attention to detail in property overall, and in need of upkeep inside and out.

I didn’t try the breakfast, but the restaurant room was lovely inside and outside on the terrace. I very much enjoyed the 3-course dinner.
There was a courtesy fridge in the room that was stocked with 2 little bottles of water when I arrived. It would have been a nice touch if they had been replenished daily. But they weren’t.

disappointed to be in a room at the rear of the property which had a balcony but was same tariff as those at the front of the hotel with a full sea view and nice balcony with a good sun shade - seems wrong. There was just one room per floor like this.

Excellent location, 3 mins walk to the sea. Surfers paradise. Hotel is set on small incline which may not suit people with mobility issues. Few local bars and restaurants. Hotel quite colonial, beautiful pool and surroundings. We had Privilege Double room on 3rd floor, very basic but clean and comfortable.
Room had only basic toiletries, no body lotion or hair conditioner. No coffee or tea making facilities in room. Had to pay €15 for our small dog just for 1 night.
