Lokatie in de stad en vooraf de parkeergarage op het terrein geboekt. Prettig voor de doorreis. Kamer met airco maar geen koelkastje. Verder druk met bezoekers vanwege een sanatorium/ residentiële op het terrein waardoor er veel ouderen verbleven. Geen ontbijt geboekt. Wel s’avonds in het centrum heerlijk gegeten👍

Lift te klein voor de vele mensen.

Room large. Good shower room. Bed very comfortable and extra large as requested.. Television available . Very clean. We didn’t have breakfast. Parking easy and on site.

The service and ambiance in the restaurant was very poor. The restaurant was noisy and more akin to a cafe. Food choice , flavour and presentation poor with respect to the main courses. Wine awful. We requested a quiet room and it was quiet until early morning when the cleaning staff dragged furniture across nearby floor areas and used vacuum cleaners. So although we had the room booked until midday we left much earlier. The town of DAX, that we saw on leaving the hotel to stretch our legs was very downbeat, tired and in need of rejuvenation. There were many public places were people seemed to be loitering and I found this intimidating.

Liked the hotel very much. The room is big. The bed is very comfortable. The parking is excellent.

The staff at reception was kind, helpful, and I could comunicate with them in english and spanish. The staff at restaurant and cafetería didn’t speak other languages but they were kind and trying to communicate (except for one man at the restaurant that was a bit rude). I could park my car for free in the street and I could see it from the window 🙂. Anyway, the streets around looked very safe. I also could wash and dry my clothes in the laundry room that they share with another hotel. Wash+Detergent+Dry = 6,5 euros. Breakfast was normal. The best thing was fresh nice bread and very good mermelades.

The room was not very big, and some parts looked a bit old and updated, but, giving the price, I’d say it was a very good price-value relation.

Nice place and central to all amenities, comfortable beds and secure parking for our motorcycles. Staff very helpful.
