Hunden välkommen på hotell och i restaurang. Mycket fin frukost och god mat i restaurangen. Kaffe, te med kakor och godis i lobbyn på hotellet.

Bra läge, stora bekväma rum, fräscht badrum. Inga speciella faciliteter förutom 24/7 kaffe/te med lite sötsaker. All matservering inkl. frukost var outsourcad till restaurang Roy mittemot hotellet. Frukostbuffén innehöll mer mat än man behöver... Helt ok men inte perfekt. Övervåningen på restaurangen bjöd på en annorlunda och trevlig atmosfär.

Parkering 100:-/dygn Fick inget rum med dubbelsäng. Frukosten innehöll lite väl mycket billiga livsmedel med tillsatt socker (påsbröd från affären, yoghurt, sylt, flingor etc.). Löskokta ägg som var kalla och hårdkokta. Sega bacon.

Fantastisk frukost! Rymligt rum. Lugnt och tyst. Järnväg, spårvagn och bussar nästan utanför dörren!

Om man tänker sova, välj inte dubbelsäng. Den gungar som en båt vid minsta rörelse. Två enkelsängar mycket bättre!

A little dated, but very clean and comfortable . Very good location, only half an hour tram ride from Ullevi stadion. Tram 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Well stocked mini bar with good prices for wine and beer. Very friendly lady at the reception. Parking outside, 100 SEK per day. Very tasty breakfast (restaurant located 20 meters from the hotel, long opening hours if you want a late night snack or drink).

The price, but it was Coldplay week and everything in Gothenburg and around was sold out or even more expensive and we booked last minute, so our own fault really.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was nicely furnished. The hotel is located close to the railway station.

We had booked a room for three people, but we got a single room with a super uncomfortable extra bed. Not a very pleasant suprise for a couple on a holiday. This was basically a scam since the room did not match the room details (or image of the room) at all.

Had the superior room, for around 2000 sek/night. The bathroom smelled bad, like mold or sewer. Multiple facilities were broken in the room, from shower mixer to lights that didn't work, and a wardrobe door that was hanging very loose. Got the feeling the hotel wasn't renovated for a few decades and that no money was spent on keeping the rooms in a decent condition. Breakfast was not very impressive, absolutely not worth the price. That they announce the hotel as a four star hotel is a joke, maybe if it is out of a 20 star rating...

Nice location, and sweet welcome in the beginning only.

Awful expirience with worker that rudly broke our family dinner time in coffe area downstairs which he called "restaurant" and didn't allow our own food called it logic and "rule of common sense". But no any single visible sign of "restaurant" that doesn't allow guest to eat their own food in ectually special place for eating were not presented there. From his own words it is fine to involve in the middle of meal and he can do it normally with guests. Own food should be eaten in the rooms. Very weird behaviour. No one esle of staff had confirmed his words later either. Our evening was totally destroyed. Really bad memories. Everything was nice in the beginning, but after all definitely we don't recommend.

Free coffee and sweets in the reception area were a nice treat. Breakfast included in the price was fantastic. All in all a very good stay

We booked a room with two beds and had an email confirmation. The room we were given looked like a disabled room with a pull out bed. We were quite disapponted

One of the best breakfast's in Sweden! Huge selection and nice fresh choices.

Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, good location not far from Gothenburg centre. Parking on site but has to be paid extra.

A super friendly, comfortable hotel, next to city center, with many small touches the big hotel chains don't think of....and very reasonable prices, a great value! I've paid twice as much elsewhere for a worse stay... I'll be back!

The location was great- has access to train, bus and tram stations within a few minutes walk. The hotel is welcoming and offers complimentary snacks and tea/coffee. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The hotel decor was dated and mattress on the bed was very soft.

Clean bathroom. Free fika and tea and coffee. Good location. Nice day staff. Excellent breakfast.

Thomas was rude, impatient and seemed as if he didnt want to be in work. Triple room has 1 soft bed and 2 hard beds. Buzzer to call out of hours ataff was not working and was stuck outside the hotel before checkin until another guest suggested going to Roys. Roys staff were polite and helpful, and assisted to access hote and room.
