Muy cómodo, la decoración es súper linda
La regadera necesita más presión. Y las camas rechinan un poco. Deberían de colocar un instructivo para el uso de los dos controles de la tv ya que la desprogramas. El restaurante muy rico todo, sin embargo deberían de contemplar cuando tienen pocas habitaciones poner el servicio a la carta para asegurar que no haya desperdicio pero sobre todo salga caliente los platillos, ya que nos toco que habiendo poca gente en el hotel ponen el buffet pero no lo mantienen caliente por lo tanto los alimentos están fríos. Ojo con el personal, sumamente amable y atento, pero pasan muchas más horas en jornadas laborales lo que hace que la gente esté cansada y terminen dejando el trabajo.

The hotel is good, it looks new in some areas, the bathroom looked little older, the lobby and restaurant are nice, the bed was very comfy. The rooms don’t have a coffee machine or fridge. There is a coffee station in the lobby (very basic, just black coffee, no creamer)
The noise is terrible, you can here what they do in every room around, tv, conversations, music, etc.
The pool area is nice but the pool itself wasn’t very clean.

Everything was as expected and described. Great bed, big TV, secure parking lot, and friendly staff.
There was a terrible smell coming out from the bathroom constantly.
The shower wasn't properly cleaned, there was hair from previous guest.
Slow WiFi and very unreliable.
TV sound quality is not great, maybe it's the TV itself or the box it is in.
There's no good parking entrance road sign.

Very clean and spacious, staff super courteous and nice, beds are very comfortable and room is well equipped with iron, hair dryer, safe and huge TV. Location is very short distance to city center, but traffic is killer.
No counter space in the bathroom sink, wife had to juggle lots of things around just to put on makeup. The air conditioning has only one vent, took several hours to get the room to temp specially in a city as hot as Querétaro. Definitely not a deal breaker, much more positives, just sharing some thoughts.

Everything was perfect clean, the staff is very friendly and always with a solution, food was great and my dog was quite happy and also spoiled by the staff.

Very nice facilities, location is good if you're in a road trip, however a little noisy if your room faces the highway

Breakfast is amazing. The room is big and comfortable.
The TV is too small and picture quality can be better.

The breakfast was really good, ready made mexican dishes and a buffet of fruit and warm dishes. The bed was comfy and the pool was a nice touch. The water was very cold but since Queretaro is very warm, it didn't matter. The staff was helpful and the parking was huge.
Neighbor is kinda ugly but that is not their fault. The gym was small with just a few machines and lower weights. The mat was kinda dirty.
