La limpieza, la cochera estaba a dos cuadras y te la cobraban aparte, no respetaron el precio de la página.

La habitación no coincide con las fotos que muestran. La cama vieja, hundida, el baño muy mal aspecto. Sin mantenimiento en general.
La puerta de entrada de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente.
El wifi de la habitación no funcionaba.
Figuran con cochera privada pero te la cobran aparte y eso NO específica en la página.
Zona fea y peligrosa, la cochera queda a 2 cuadras de ahí, peligroso para ir caminando.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was in a family room with 5 beds. There were 2 showers and the water pressure and temperature were excellent.
The area around the hotel seemed a bit rough.

Breakfast buffet, they have elevator for heavy luggage, good internet connection and good service of the staff giving you information and even helping us with luggage storage. Very central place.
The bathroom was clean but with humidity and bad lock on the door. I think it's a big problem in the whole Argentina about doors and locks. Outside the area was very peaceful in the morning but at night especially on weekend there was much noise. We know Argentinian people have more night life.

The hotel has good localization, the area is safe and the people are friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower provided us good relaxation. The breakfast is quite basic and can be benefit from additional complements like a single slice of cheese, which Argentina produce excellent ones.
In the Booking site they announce Parking as a facility, however they do not have Parking area. You should use that one they recommend, which is excessively expensive or looking for another one in the neighborhood. I believe they should inform the guests more precisely regarding this issue. One thing is Parking available another thing is to have Parte free. In general this is my complaint regarding the announces in Booking.

Nothing good to say!
The worst place I have ever stayed. They overcharged me on both days! They have charged the Argentinian tax although it was clearly stated in the system that I am NOT a resident of Argentina, so they have actively added +21% VAT AND HAVE NEVER REFUNDED THE MONEY. And on top of this, they have used an inflationary exchange rate between USD and ARS. I would never go there again! Breakfast is dry toast only and the red light district is just around the corner of the hotel, WiFi in 1st floor wasn't working at all. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

microwave, electrc kettle, closet space, bathroom, bed, ... tv was kinda funky and the phone to reception didn't work,
they replied to my accomodation request when I was already there and they made me wait 4 hours to get a room when I specifically requested an early arrival, if I knew beforehand I would've saved wandering the city without a room. They did take my luggage in though, but I needed a bed.
